... The antigen and serum were mixed in a circular movement with the help of a glass rod. Both antigen and serum were rocked at room temperature for 2-4 minutes and the slides were checked on a colony counter, and a sign of agglutination was recorded as positive (Figure 1a) and sign without agglutination on the slide was recorded as negative (Figure 1b) (Teng et al., 2017).
