Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah menganalisis perkembangan penelitian mengenai Pengenalan rambu lalu lintas pada anak usia dini dan dampak pengenalan rambu lalu lintas terhadap tingkat disiplin seseorang dalam berkendaraan di masa akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah pendekatan VOSviewer bibliometrik, dan untuk mencari dan mengambil metadatanya menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) versi 7.31. kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan tahun terbit publikasi, nama publisher, produktivitas peneliti, dan ranking jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah masih jarangnya penelitian yang membahas topik pengenalan rambu lalu lintas pada anak usia dini khususnya di Indonesia menurut perspektif ilmu transportasi. Harapannya bila sudah ditanamkan kesadaran berlalu lintas maka ketika anak berusia 17 tahun atau pada umur anak boleh menggunakan kendaraan, mereka akan memahami tentang berlalu lintas dengan catatan program edukasi pengenalan rambu lalu lintas telah diintegrasikan ke dalam program pendidikan anak usia dini guna mendorong perilaku aman dan bertanggung jawab di jalan raya.

This study aims to analyze the design of extreme poverty reduction policies in West Lombok District. The design of the policy refers to the substance/content of the policies developed for the reduction/prevention of extreme poverty used by the regions. A case study research approach is used to explore the design of extreme poverty alleviation policies. The West Lombok Regency government's policy on poverty alleviation contains various local government programs synergized in accelerating the acceleration of extreme poverty reduction. In addition, it is in the form of efforts to assist the poor for a movement that is actualized in bridging aid recipients to get out of poverty immediately. The construction of extreme poverty reduction policies in West Lombok Regency adopts the concept of an innovation hub to accelerate cross-government programs that target basic services (health and education) in interventions for individual/family change as well as increasing the business capacity of community groups.




Improving Puskesmas Services Through Integrated Management Innovation System in Ngawi and Sumenep Regency

This study discusses the innovations made in order to overcome problems that arise in innovating in public services such as Puskesmas. This study aims to determine the extent to which innovations carried out by the government with the support of the community can be successful and how their impact on the region, especially Ngawi Regency and Sumenep Regency in improving public services for the local community. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection is carried out through searching various sources which are then processed and described in the form of narratives according to data needs. The population in this study is an area that has made innovations in order to improve public services, especially Puskesmas. While the research subject is in Ngawi Regency named ADA PUMA (Submit Deed From Public Health Center, District, or RuMah) Kabupaten Ngawi and Kabupaten Sumenep named the innovation “Si Mantap Puas” (Integrated Management System for Community Satisfaction) Guluk Guluk Health Center. This study shows that the innovations carried out by the government supported by the local community have succeeded in creating an innovative system in order to improve public services at the Puskesmas. The two innovations created by Ngawi Regency and Sumenep Regency have succeeded in facilitating public services at the Puskesmas in their respective regions, which of course is directly proportional to community satisfaction with the services provided. This study shows that the innovations carried out by the government supported by the local community have succeeded in creating an innovative system in order to improve public services at the Puskesmas. The village is the lowest government level located in the administrative area of districts/cities municipalities throughout Indonesia. The rapid advancement of digital technology has brought global changes that require villages to carry out transformation and adaptation. In responding to this, what should be done for the sustainability of the values of life, preserving traditions, culture, and local wisdom, and building human capital to improve the welfare of its citizens? This study aims to find an extraordinary strategy to realize rural resilience through a digital village. The study used a qualitative method with case studies in two villages: i) Cijengkol Village and ii) Sepakung Village. This study finds the importance of digitalization starting from the village. The apparatus and community of Cijengkol Village are increasingly enjoying the benefits of digitization to complete various daily affairs. Meanwhile, Sepakung Village has published its natural wealth and tourism digitally. The digital village is one of the ideal solutions for rural resilience in the digital era. Human capital is the main factor. Advances in digital technology and digitalization of villages help manage village government, including the development of social life in the community in the village. Second, the village has a global presence, where digitalization has helped change the village's image and the lives of its people. It is hoped that the government will be able to initiate a participatory digital village that is responsive to the dynamics of digitalization, inclusive development, the anticipation of disasters, and digital-based environmental sustainability.
