The planning of the maintenance process for physical assets has a great connotation due to the need to increase the use of installed productive capacities. The objective of this research was to analyze the calculation of the time fund and its relationship with the maintenance coefficient, as elements to be defined from the planning of the maintenance process to the assets, which contributes to the improvement of the effective capacity and continuity of operations of the means of work. The result provided a proposal for the practical application of the value of the maintenance coefficient, which was incorporated into the calculation of the process capabilities. The results were obtained from the application of techniques and tools proposed for the collection and processing of primary data such as: direct observation, interview, document analysis and others.

Introducción: Muchas organizaciones tratan de certificar su calidad atendiendo a los requisitos de ISO 9001, 2015. Para lograrlo, deben determinar, proporcionar y mantener la infraestructura necesaria, como se plantea en 7.1.3: “Infraestructura” de dicha norma. Es importante medir la resiliencia del proceso de mantenimiento a partir de su planificación, desarrollar acciones para resolver o mitigar los problemas que la afecten y así contribuir a la resiliencia de la organización. Objetivo: Desarrollar un procedimiento con el que, a partir de la resiliencia del proceso de mantenimiento, desde su etapa de planificación, se contribuya a la resiliencia de la organización. Materiales y Métodos: Se aplicaron técnicas para registro y procesamiento de datos, como: observación directa, trabajo con grupos de expertos, encuestas y el análisis de documentos y bibliografía, que dan sustento científico a la investigación. Resultados y Discusión: Al aplicar el procedimiento desarrollado y calcular la resiliencia en una empresa cubana de Construcción y Montaje, se detectan brechas en el proceso de mantenimiento que afectan su capacidad de reacción ante fallos de activos y malos desempeños de los activos en general; no consideran los riesgos ni su impacto. Las acciones propuestas como solución, incluyen las actitudes y habilidades de las personas, permitiendo mejorar la resiliencia del proceso y consecuentemente, transitar la de la empresa desde “mal” hasta “aceptable”. Conclusiones: El procedimiento desarrollado constituye un aporte desde la planificación del mantenimiento a la mejora de la resiliencia empresarial con visión preventiva que considera las habilidades y actitudes de las personas.

It was carrying out the analysis of the management of fixed assets throughout their cycle of life. There was studied the variation of the indicators of management of the entities, as well as the affectation or not of the chain of value of the processes of production or services. The objective of this research was to propose a design of an integrated model for the management of the maintenance, with the use of the multicriteria techniques, in order to contribute to achieve maintenance plans, as a tool that facilitates decision-making. This model will allow the development of a logical structure and thus detect, calculate and analyze the resources necessary for carrying out maintenance. For this, techniques and tools were used to capture the primary data and its subsequent processing such as: interview with experts, the bibliographic search, and the Delphi method.
