Objective: To make evaluation of quality of Argentinean sunflower oil used in high-moisture food frying through parameters indicators of oil deterioration. Methods: The results were obtained after studying the effect of temperature-time and the type of food subjected to frying through Total Polar Compounds (TPCs) determination. The type of food selected was breaded food and potato chips. From calorimetric analysis (DSC) of frying oil was obtained crystallization temperature and the crystallization enthalpy. Also was determining fatty acid composition of the frying oil by gas chromatography. Findings: It was observed during the oil heating test at various times, that the TPC content increased over time. The highest the temperatures were, the most distinctive the rises were. During the frying of breaded food and potato chips the deterioration of the oil was accelerated, observing the greatest deterioration after the breaded frying process. The thermo grams obtained by DSC showed a well-defined crystallization peak that when heating treatment times were increased, it reflected in lower temperatures and a decrease in enthalpy. A high correlation was found between the concentration of total polar compounds, and the parameters obtained from thermo grams and the concentration of palmitic and linoleic acids. Novelty/Improvement: The results obtained provide useful information for food quality control in order to avoid variations of the sensory and nutritional characteristics of sunflower oil used in high-moisture food frying.

During the actual production process, the upper computer is required to record the process data of high-speed change. For general network communication mode, the maximum refresh rate that WinCC can provide is 250ms, but WinCC can realize highspeed data collection of s7-400plc with the method of RawData archive data link. The acquisition of vibration signal and the acquisition of general analogue signal have some similarities, but there are more differences. For fault diagnosis of vibration signal is the demand of high speed data sampling and WinCC cannot satisfy high refresh rate of rapid real-time data acquisition and display problems, put forward and discussed by using S7-400 PLC in SFB37 system function block (AR_Send) to implement the WinCC the principle and method of high-speed data acquisition. Finally, the simulation results of vibration signal are obtained.

The battery storage and time based tariff are not introduced in our country yet. This paper proposes a new multi stage converter topology intended for single phase grid connected PV system with battery storage. Also focuses on incorporating optimized energy storage to minimize cost of investment and losses. The system works on different modes of operation depending on solar, load, grid and battery profiles. The voltage control is implemented using load angle control of inverter current. In order to eliminate the grid connected current distortion caused by phase error; the phase compensation and PR controller strategy are employed in current control loop to improve the traditional proportional integration controller. The simulation results shows that the output current zero crossing distortion is eliminated and the power factor has improved by the performance of load angle control.

Nowadays, as Population is increasing day by day this growth leads to many environmental problems such as Pollution, carbon emission, Environmental imbalance which further leads to Global warming. So, to Tackle with these problems and as awareness towards sustainable society is growing "Green energy" and Green materials for manufacturing is gaining predominant Recognition. Nanotechnology plays significant role in many fields such as medical, portable electronics and majorly in Electric Vehicles. So currently nanomaterials are gaining vital recognition in all manufacturing processes. Using these nanomaterials, improvement in performance and and proliferation in productivity is achieved and this overall impact enhanced the proliferation of industries. But these nanomaterials are not environmental friendly; as manufacturing process involves certain amount of chemical processes so nanomaterials produce some hazardous elements or pollutants which can make adverse impact on environment, so use of green nanomaterials is very significant for maintaining environmental balance. These green nanomaterials are based on green nanotechnology in which materials that used in nanomaterials are not harmful to environment. This green nanotechnology enables nanomaterials not only to ameliorate the overall performance but also in most environmental friendly way that is keeping environment clean. This green nanotechnology can be the one of the best approach towards clean sustainable development. This paper mainly focuses on role of green nanotechnology for obtaining green nanomaterials which makes possible to obtain environmental friendly nanomaterials. Green nanomaterials plays significant role in mitigating environmental problems and helps for keeping environment clean. Green energy plays vital role in energy security, sustainable development and overall social, economical development. As Nanotechnology has myriad amount of advantages and applications it makes possible to measure, observe, Manufacture materials or things on an atomic molecular scale. Nanomaterials have large surface to volume ratio which is the most significant characteristic; that tends to enhance applications of nanomaterials to larger extent. Sometimes there occur certain disturbances due to large surface area of nanomaterials particularly it occurs on the outer surface of the nanomaterial; so, this leads to cause abnormalities in outer layer composition which further affect on chemical composition of nanomaterial. Also, due large size on the nanomaterial it causes changes in physical, chemical, mechanical, electrical properties which during manufacturing process yields hazardous chemicals that catastrophic for environment. So, to mitigate this problem "Green Nanotechnology" approach is best and most suitable. In this "Green Energy" and "Green Chemistry" are two significant concepts on which green nanotechnology works predominantly. To obtain nanomaterials that will be not hazardous for environment or eco-friendly we can say; from environmental resources is the significant aspect of this Green Nanotechnology. As we know nanomaterials are made up of different metals so these can be synthesised to obtain environmental friendly green nanomaterials from bacteria, yeast, plants, vitamins, fungi etc. Various methods for obtaining these green nanomaterials but based on green nanotechnology and green energy biosynthesis is the most suitable approach. 2. IMPORTANT FACTORS FOR SYNTHESIS OF NANOMATERIALS Biosynthesis of nanomaterials is the most suitable approach to obtain environmental friendly nanomaterials. As nanomaterials are made up of metals and these metals are amalgamation of different physical and chemical properties. So, during manufacturing process it extracts catastrophic chemical which can leads to environmental degradation. For mitigating this problem green synthesis of metal nanomaterials plays crucial role. Which is the concept based on green nanotechnology. Certain aspects need to be taken into recognition in order to produce stable nanomaterials by using organisms.

In this article, we studied the influence of an external electric field applied in the base of a solar cell on its various electric parameters when it is illuminated by a monochromatic light. We have taken into account the actual values of intrinsic recombination velocities at the junction and the back face. This study revealed that when the electric field increases, the excess minority carrier density décreuses; on the other side, photocurrent, phototension, power, and capacitance increase with it. The application of the electric field in the base could improve the efficiency of the solar cell.
