UD. FLORA records the re-inventory of building equipment that has been sold by reading the transactions one by one in the ledger. A proper way is needed to overcome the problems that occur. This research aims to create an information system software. In making information system software, a method is needed that can carry out the stages from initial design to implementation of the software. This research uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, namely a software development approach that is carried out repeatedly (iterative), focuses on architecture (architecture-centered), is more directed based on use cases (use case driven). This research produces a tool data collection application at UD. FLORA using the RUP method. The existence of an information system for data collection on building equipment using the Rational Unified Process method means that UD. FLORA can be helped in managing building equipment data collection. The system enables real-time transaction recording, providing better insight into inventory status, and supporting more accurate decision-making.

E-commerce is the activity of buying and selling goods or services carried out electronically via the internet, involving online transaction, payment and delivery processes. The Azzahra Hijab Medan Shop is one of the shops engaged in selling hijabs in Medan City which still uses a conventional shop model without utilizing e-commerce to support the sales system. The transaction process in this shop is still done manually, from customers selecting goods to recording transactions in a book. Customers from outside the area can place online orders via the WhatsApp service with the shop owner providing a product photo catalog in stages. Therefore, an e-commerce system is needed to support online sales. The User Centered Design (UCD) method is important in designing e-commerce, starting with involving the user context in the early stages of development and involving system testing, enabling the creation of an optimal and user-friendly design. With the implementation of this E-Commerce based sales system, it is hoped that it will facilitate sales with more efficient transactions, faster data processing, help sales of goods become more accurate, and make it easier for consumers to order products.

Indonesia can be a country of justice based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Everything related to government has been regulated in the Law. Indonesia itself has gone through three phases of government since proclaiming Independence on August 17, 1945. These three phases, specifically, the old order, the new order, and the reformation, still have an impact today. This is different from the previous two phases, where all choices were centered on the government. In this study, the method used in classifying the 2024 general election commission is Support Vector Machine (SVM). The SVM method is one of the advantages that can be implemented relatively easily, because the process of determining the support vector can be formulated in the confusion matrix. Sentiment analysis and opinion mining are fields of study that analyze a person's opinion, a person's sentiment, a person's evaluation, but in its implementation there are many things that are considered by voters that this election is not in accordance with existing rules. Starting from the aroma of fraud voiced by netizens, the non-neutrality of law enforcers against one of the candidates for the presidential and vice presidential pairs, and the implementation that is not JURDIL or Honest and Fair. Everything is widely voiced through social media, one of which is twitter. It is known that of the 2084 data obtained from tweets about the KPU, 29.5% are positive sentiments and 70.5% are negative sentiments. The results of sentiment classification about KPU using the Support Vector Machine algorithm that matches the actual data amounted to 307 data out of a total of 418 test data The accuracy value of the sentiment classification about KPU using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm obtained is 73%.

Malahayati Islamic Hospital, a private healthcare institution in Medan, North Sumatra, established in 1963 by the Malahayati Islamic Education Foundation, has a capacity of 100 beds and is committed to providing quality and affordable healthcare services. However, problems arose with the hospital's website, which did not provide online booking services and doctor's practice schedules. This makes it difficult for patients, especially those coming from out of town, and can result in long queues at registration. To overcome this problem, the author wants to build and implement a web-based Online Patient Registration System and Doctor Practice Schedule at Malahayati Hospital. It is hoped that this system will not only provide easy access for patients to view and register online but also help hospital admins in effective management of doctor schedules. The results of the study are expected to have a positive impact on the efficiency and quality of health services at Malahayati Islamic Hospital
