In this paper, we propose an effective redesign for traffic circle for the sake of extensive use. Three evaluation indexes are used to classify the category of district where a traffic circle belongs to. With the help of the most essential evaluation index, through calculating from two differently improved methods which are distinguished by whether use traffic lights or not, an optimal proposal can be obtained after comparing the outcomes. In addition, correspondingly implemental arrangements can be set up for concrete traffic construction. Our experimental results show that the achievement of this redesign is significantly widely-applied.

In this paper, we study on how to qualify the bill handwriting extraction for the sake of enhancement. By calculating in HSV color space, with the price of time consuming, the adjusted thresholding-based method is used to suppress the noise which appears in the extraction of traditional one. During further research, we overcome the incompleteness of traditional color detection-based extraction and then propose an improved method which satisfies the time saving and accurate extraction. Our experimental results show that the achievement of this study is significantly valuable.

In terms of the design of the Core Section, aiming at the half of the core circumcircle, for the case of the Core Section without the Cooling Oil Pan, this paper firstly establishes a non-linear programming model taking the objective function that the geometric cross-sectional area of the column core is the largest. Then, on the basis of analyzing the case of Cross Section with the Cooling Oil Pans another non-linear programming model is estabished to make the geometric cross-sectional area of the core column be the largest and the adjacent area of the two parts divided by the Cooling Oil Pans be equal as much as possible. And, the series of the section and the width and thickness of the silicon steel sheets at all levels are fixed while the effective cross-section of the core column is maximum. At last, to the two instances, this paper analyses the effects of the addition of the Cooling Oil Pans on the design for Cross Section.

Improved blur kernel estimation with blurred and noisy image pairs

In this paper, we propose a TV-L1 denoising model-based kernel estimation in image deblurring which uses both blurred and noisy images. More details and edges are recovered in the denoised image which is used to replace the true image and do the deconvolution. In the first instance, an initial kernel which might be very noisy can be recovered after primary kernel estimation. Whereafter, the method of hysteresis thresholding by using a mask is used to suppress the noise and finally an accurate estimated kernel can be obtained. Experimental results show that our outcome is significantly evolutional.
