Allgemeine Zeitschrift für Philosophie (AZP)
This paper tries to connect the theories of enactivism and panpsychism. In doing so, the parallels between the concept of the lived body (Leib) and Alfred N. Whitehead's process-orientated metaphysics, which have been largely neglected so far, are examined. It is suggested that this metaphysics offers an adequate ontological theory for the experienced properties of the Leib and for the mind-body problem in general.
