The young generation developing in the field of art is characterized by creative thinking, determination to create a qualitatively new, unique product. Educational organizations that carry out activities in this direction are focused on training specialists who have not only performing abilities, but also a holistic cultural outlook, a willingness to transfer their skills to future generations, and provide a cultural and developing space around them. The younger generation should have key competencies that encourage them to self-realization. The field of art provides a wide range of opportunities for self-expression of young people, the realization of cognitive activity, and the manifestation of personal capabilities.

Evaluation of Surface Layers of Tool and Structural Steels After Laser Treatment

Currently, there are a large number of methods for strengthening the surface layers of parts: thermal and chemical-thermal treatment, quenching with heating with high frequency currents, using electric heating, electron beam treatment and other methods. But these methods do not have versatility and have a number of drawbacks: the impossibility of complete automation of the process and the difficulty of processing local zones, low performance. Laser thermo-hardening ensures no deformation of parts and is carried out at short exposure time. Method of determining specific forces arising during elastoplastic introduction of spherical indenter into hardened layer is considered, as well as values of limit specific forces for structural and tool steels that characterize crack resistance of laser layers lying on soft base are given. It has been found that increasing the thickness of the laser track results in greater penetration resistance of the indenter of the underlying portions of the hardened layer. The chosen method of determining the specific forces that destroy the laser layer allows evaluating the ultimate characteristics of the hardened surface at a scale level, taking into account not only the thickness and properties of the hardened layer, but also the hardness of the underlying substrate.

KARELIAN SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL

This article discusses the development of the formation of information competence of a teacher of professional training. The purpose of the article is to reveal the possibilities and aspects of the formation of the information competence of the teacher. The authors of the article analyzed the research devoted to the formation of information competence. The concept of "information competence of a teacher of professional training", its structure and composition is defined. The levels of formation of the components of information competence and the levels of formation of the information competence of the teacher of professional training in general are disclosed. It was revealed that information competence occupies a special position in the formation of general, cultural, personal and professional competencies of teachers. The information competence is defined by the ability of a specialist to work with information, information and digital technologies, information resources, interactive and multimedia equipment and to apply innovative forms and methods of organizing the educational process. Information competence of a teacher of professional training is the ability of a specialist to work with various types of information, information technologies and resources, as well as to optimally select their use in training sessions for the most effective passage of the educational process and improving the learning outcomes of students. The components of the teacher's information competence are identified: activity-based, motivational, and cognitive. There were 4 levels of formation of the information competence of the teacher of professional training: insufficient level, minimum level, sufficient level, maximum level.

... The modelling, that is, the creation of a sample of an object or a future product, was designed in the field of the humanities and began to be used in pedagogy [3]. This made possible to avoid too cumbersome descriptions, where a schematic representation helped to more convincingly prove the purpose, connections and result of the main idea of a scientific problem [4]. Theoretical understanding of the process of lesson modelling is also impossible without considering the evolution of the development of this issue as an organisational form of teaching [5]. ...
