Abrasion at Alam Serdang Bahari Beach (ASB) is increasingly worrying, causing the reduction of mangrove forests on the coast. ASB Beach is located in Regemuk Village, Labu Beach. The ASB Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTHM) has made many efforts to continue to exist morally and materially to survive in the ecotourism industry and is trying to re-green the beaches to minimize the impact of abrasion. The results of a field assessment involving lecturers, village officials, and KTHM ASB obtained a roadmap for a sustainable development village with a solution to prevent prolonged abrasion using the simplest and most economical way through engineered bund techniques to protect mangrove plants and also act as a wave breaker. Implementing this PKM aims to make new efforts to plant mangrove trees as coastal abrasion protection. Implementing activities uses a participatory action research (PAR) approach. KTHM, as the partner, carried out the construction of the bund enclosure, and the PKM team was the drafter and supervisor. The results of the PKM implementation are three plots of bunds in the shape of a ship's bow as an effort to break the beach waves using the Rhizopora sp. propagules collected from mangrove seeds by KTHM ASB. This innovation is still early to assess because it requires ongoing monitoring. It is hoped that this effort will better protect newly planted mangrove plants from fierce waves and abrasion as a joint effort to prevent abrasion on ASB Beach.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the influence of work discipline and work supervision on the performance of village officials at the Pematang Biara Village Office, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all village officials at the Pematang Biara Village Office, Pantai Labu District, which amounted to 32 people. Data collection techniques in this study are: Interviews with entitled parties, making a list of questioneire and Documentation studies conducted to all village officials. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis Y = 12.523 + 0.014X1 + 0.570X2. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously discipline and supervision have a significant effect on the performance of village officials, which includes indicators of ability, discipline and responsibility given. Studi ini dilakukan oleh Medan, Indonesia, perusahaan yang terlibat dalam kultivasi kelapa sawit. Manajemen sumber daya manusia harus diperkuat di mana saja kegiatan operasional perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan yang berkualitas. Para pekerja berpartisipasi dalam survei ini. Melalui distribusi survei tentang beban kerja, stres kerja, kondisi kerja, dan gaji kinerja karyawan. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan versi SPSS 21 dan metode normalitas, linearitas, dan homogenitas berdasarkan pendekatan tes asumsi tradisional. Efek beban kerja, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi pada kinerja karyawan diselidiki menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif seperti analisis regresi linear ganda, tes persia, tes F, dan determinasi. Beban kerja, stres, lingkungan kerja, dan gaji semua ditemukan memiliki dampak signifikan pada produktivitas pekerja. Kinerja karyawan telah terbukti dipengaruhi positif oleh beban kerja, dipengaruhi secara positif oleh stres kerja, mempengaruhi secara negatif oleh lingkungan kerja, dan secara positif dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan kompensasi. Pelatihan Dan Peningkatan Literasi bagi Siswa di Pesantren Darussalam Guntur Batubara

Keterampilan literasi menjadi pilar penting untuk masa depan pendidikan. Untuk itu membangun budaya literasi perlu melibatkan peran aktif secara bersama-sama khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi siswa di pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah berupa pelatihan atau training. Pelatihan literasi ditujukan kepada siswa-siswi Pesantren Darussalam Guntur Batubara yang terdiri dari siswa tingkat SMP. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan yaitu dengan pelatihan membaca, pelatihan menulis, dan praktik. Dari hasil pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, diketahui bahwa kegiatan pelatihan literasi memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kesadaran literasi bagi siswa khususnya di lingkungan pesantren. Dampak yang diharapkan dari kegiatan tersebut adalah meningkatnya motivasi membaca siswa dengan memanfaatkan pojok literasi, serta meningkatnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman dengan meringkas.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, peningkatan, literasi, pesantren

Pelayanan prima di Pondok Pesantren hampir tidak dirasakan oleh para santri dan santriawan, karena faktor strategi atau pendidikannya kurang diterapkan baik itu dikegiatan sehari-hari, atau melalui akademik pendidikan, dan faktor kesehatan dan lingkungan serta tingkah laku tidak dijalankan secara profesioanl. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat dari pelayanan prima yang diterapkan kepada santri di Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Guntur Kabupaten Batubara, dan strategi serta faktor pendorong Pelayanan Prima itu kepada santri. sedangkan teknik pengambilan data digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan prima Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Guntur Kabupaten Batubara secara umum sudah dapat dikatakan terlaksana. Hal ini berdasarkan jenis pelayanan yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren telah ditetepkan antara lain pelayanan fisik dan non fisik sebagai standar penentuan pelayanan prima terhadap santri. Adapun hambatan yang didapati dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan Prima di Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Guntur Kabupaten Batubara yaitu masih ada santri yang kurang peka terhadap pelayanan karena kurangnya tenaga edukasi tentang pelayanan prima, keterbatasan tenaga ahli untuk mengontrol santri dan dalam penetapan standarnya di Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Guntur Kabupaten Batubara. However, in the long term these two variables have had a significant influence on stock prices in automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether economic value added and profitability (ROA) can affect prices for automotive companies and their components on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses 12 automotive companies and their components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. Methods of collecting data by means of documentation or literature study. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and the ardl panel research method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are nine automotive companies on the Indonesian stock exchange, namely; PT. Astra International, Tbk; PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk; PT. Indo Kordsa, Tbk; PT. Goodyear Indonesia, Tbk; PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk; PT. Multi Prima Sejahtera, Tbk; PT. Multistrada Directions Sarana, Tbk; PT. Nippres, Tbk; PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal, Tbk, Economic Value Added and Profitability variables have a significant influence on stock prices. While in two companies, namely PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional, Tbk and PT. Selamat Sempurna, Tbk, only the Economic Value Added variable has a significant influence on stock prices. And in one company, namely PT. Indospring, Tbk only profitability variables that significantly affect stock prices. In general, Economic Value Added and Profitability are leading indicators for controlling stock prices. However, on a panel basis, neither of the two has been able to become a leading indicator for controlling share prices in automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange. This is because the two variables have not provided a stable influence on a panel basis for all companies studied as automotive companies and their components on the Indonesian stock exchange.

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Delight and business location on customer loyalty at KFC Ringroad Medan Branch. This research method is in the form of an explanation, namely the research method aims to be able to explain the position of each of the variables studied and the influence between one variable and another. The object of this research is the consumers of the Medan Ringroad Branch. The data collected in this study came from questionnaires, direct observations, and documentation studies. Data is processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using descriptive methods and quantitative methods to measure the effect of Customer Delight, and location on customer loyalty at KFC Ringroad Medan Branch. Based on the simultaneous test on the variables consisting of Customer Delight and location together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (customer loyalty). By using the correlation coefficient test (R2) it is found that the level of correlation or relationship between justice, esteem, finish touch and location on customer loyalty at KFC Ringroad Medan Branch is a fairly high relationship.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk bisa mengetahui pengaruh Customer Delight dan lokasi usaha terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada KFC Cabang Ringroad Medan. Metode penelitian ini berbentuk eksplanasi, yaitu metode penelitian bertujuan untuk dapat menjelaskan kedudukan masing-masing variabel- yang diteliti serta pengaruhnya antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Obyek penelitian ini adalah konsumen cabang Ringroad Medan. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kuisioner, hasil pengamatan langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Data diproses dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0 for windows. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif guna untuk mengukur pengaruh Customer Delight, dan lokasi terhadap loyalitas pelangan pada KFC Cabang Ringroad Medan. Berdasarkan uji simultan pada variabel yang terdiri Customer Delight, dan lokasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (loyalitas pelanggan). Dengan menggunakan pengujian koefisien korelasi (R2) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara justice, esteem, finish touch dan lokasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada KFC Cabang Ringroad Medan merupakan hubungan yang cukup tinggi.3032-5382

Leadership style is the ability, strength, method, or method that is done by a leader to do something, take a decision, to build a good relationship between leader and employee. Leaders and employees can be integrated to create strategies to achieve company goals. The work environment is the location where tasks are completed, or where employees work in a company. The work environment can include the location, economic conditions, socio-cultural that may affect the company. Employee Turnover is a period when employees decide to quit their place of work or company and employee turnover does not always have a negative impact on the company. Employee turnover occurs when employees who stop working are employees who lack competence and ability to work at the company.The method used in this study is a survey approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Zainul Arifin Medan, amounting to 500 people with sampling using the Slovin formula were 222 people. Data collection method is done by distributing a list of statements, observations and study documentation. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The model of data analysis used to answer hypotheses is multiple regression. The research results showed that the leadership style and work environment together had a positive influence on the employee turnover rate of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk. Zainul Arifin Medan. Where the two variables affect the desire to work long-term employees, but in this study the two variables are not the main reason for employees to stop working. Partially, the work environment variable has a more dominant influence on the employee turnover of PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk.
