Pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan inovasi merupakan elemen krusial dalam penanggulangan pengangguran serta memotivasi generasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan inovasi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa S1 program studi kewirausahaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode korelasional dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran angket. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 457 mahasiswa program kewirausahaan angkatan 2021-2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 76 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah pengantar kewirausahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan inovasi memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, peningkatan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan dan inovasi dapat meningkatkan potensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, institusi pendidikan perlu menekankan program kewirausahaan.

This research was conducted with the aim of developing a sustainable business mentoring model, in order to improve competence in the Balla Ga, de Artomoro97 Business. The type of research is development research which is usually called research and development (R&D ) which is used to produce a new product or develop an old product, using the 4D development procedure, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data collection activities are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher are data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on results development carried out use method 4D development, The research conducted resulted in a form of sustainable business assistance through the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) which includes four stages, namely, initial needs analysis, preparing a mentoring plan, implementation and monitoring, as well as evaluation and improvement. Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) carried out is make form evaluation GMP aspects with condition evident in the efforts of Balla Ga.de, then do evaluation and improvement with make document Standard Operating Procedure Procedure e (SOP) For cleanliness and also make a checklist form daily that can made into guidelines for Balla Ga’de in the production process.


Superior Product Development Results Cultivation Ecoprint Based Silkworm

This research aims to develop superior products from silkworm cultivation in Sabbetta Village, Soppeng Regency. Descriptive and mixed methods approaches were used in the research methodology. Information was collected through field observations, in-depth discussions with silkworm producers, as well as secondary data analysis from related literature. The research results show that the development of a superior product from cultivating silkworms, namely sabbe sarongs, by farmers in Sabbeta Village lies in its design which combines traditional Bugis motifs with modern innovations such as the ecoprint technique, which uses natural dyes from local plants to create unique patterns and environmentally friendly. This product development was carried out by exploring the initial potential of the sabbe sarong and identifying what was lacking, namely in terms of motif durability and renewable motif design using the Ecoprint method. This research resulted in the development of superior products, namely traditional textiles that are sustainable, aesthetic and functional, meeting the demands of a modern market that increasingly cares about sustainability.

This research aims to understand how to improve the number of visitors to the Ujung Suso beach tourist destination after implementing digital marketing. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques as well as using Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis. The data collected is processed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it shows that the implementation of digital marketing via social media Facebook and Instagram from February to March succeeded in increasing the number of visits to Ujung Suso beach tourism. This is proven by the increase in the number of visitors during the research period compared to the period before the implementation of digital marketing. So it can be said that digital marketing through social media is an effective strategy to increase tourist visits to Ujung Suso beach.

This research aims to determine the feasibility of opening a new branch at the My Chicken restaurant on Jalan Poros Tanjung Bira, Bulukumba district. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The collected data is processed using data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this research show that, based on the marketing aspect, the My Chicken restaurant is worthy of development, but must continue to carry out evaluations to continue developing new strategies in new locations. From a technical aspect, it is feasible to carry out, however there needs to be improvements in the technology and machines used in the My Chicken restaurant production process. From socio-economic and environmental aspects, it is feasible because it can provide positive benefits and the My Chicken restaurant will manage and be responsible for the waste produced

The study's main goal is to thoroughly investigate how the Takalar Sugar Factory impacts the creation of business opportunities within the community, as well as to assess the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the community's perspective. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation of a research object. The data will then be analyzed by conducting conclusive interviews with both the community and the factory's workforce, drawing conclusions based on past and present conditions. The findings from the research on the community and the factory's workforce reveal that opening grocery and culinary stalls presents the most promising opportunity to boost community income. This is especially beneficial for workers, as evidenced by the implementation of CSR programs. However, some individuals are unaware of these programs due to insufficient company outreach regarding CSR initiatives and potential business opportunities. The sugar cane crop produced by the factory has a daily milling production target, requiring extensive networks for quick consumer marketing. This presents an opportunity for the community to participate in sugar distribution to consumers.

Jurnal Inovasi Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat

Pelatihan kewirausahaan merupakan kegiatan yang menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengembangkan karakter Entrepreneur siswa. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Sidrap, Kabupaten Sidrap, Sulawesi Selatan. Salah satu permasalahan khususnya bagi siswa SMK yaitu banyak dari mereka yang membantu usaha/bisnis orangtua, akan tetapi kebanyakan dari siswa belum memiliki pemahaman mengenai cara berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya motivasi, pemahaman, dan pelatihan tentang bagaimana mengembangkan karakter kewirausahaan bagi siswa. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yakni ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, praktik, dan pendampingan. Prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu Pretest dan post-test, penyajian materi, praktik, dan pendampingan. Untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan program kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mengukur: (1) tingkat partisipasi Mitra, (2) tingkat keaktifan peserta pelatihan, dan (2) tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, daintaranya: (1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman Mitra mengenai kewirausahaan, (2) Mengembangkan karakter siswa dalam berwirausaha, (3) Meningkatnya motivasi siswa untuk menjadi seorang Entrepreneur, (4) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman Mitra mengenai pengelolaan bisnis atau usaha yang baik, dan (5) Meningkatnya keterampilan Mitra dalam membuat/mendirikan usaha atau bisnis.
