The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. This article aims to determine the role of school principals in the implementation of school-based management. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane. Data collection techniques in writing this article are interviews and field observations. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the professionalism of school principals in implementing school-based management. Based on the findings in the field, the role of the school principal in implementing school-based management is already professional. The school principal is a role model, a motivator for educators and education staff. The researcher concluded that the school principal had carried out his role in the field of leadership, motivating teachers, and improving educational infrastructure well in the implementation of school-based management. The researcher suggests that school principals should continue to improve their professionalism in carrying out their roles so that the existence of educational institutions is increasingly recognized and trusted by the community. Writing this article aims to describe the function of the hadith on the Koran and what the scholars think about the function of the hadith in Islam. The existence of Hadith in people's lives becomes important if the Al-Quran does not provide a detailed explanation of a problem. The Al-Quran as the first source contains teachings that are mujmal or general and global in nature while the Hadith as the second source functions as an explanation for the generality of the contents of the Al-Quran. adis is the second source for Islamic laws, explaining everything that the Koran wants, as an explanatory, advisory, interpreter, tahsis, pentaqyid and who is responsible for the non-existent. The Qur'an and Hadith are life guidelines for their adherents, as sources of law and legal references in Islam, the two cannot be separated. In other words, hadith is the second source of Islamic law after the Koran. Hadith as an explanation (bayan) of the Koran has four kinds of functions, namely: First, Bayan al-taqrir is also called bayan al-ta'qid and bayan al-isbat, namely establishing and strengthening what has been explained in the Koran. Second, Bayan al-tafsir is a hadith function that provides details and interpretations of the verses of the Koran that are still global (mujmal), provides conditions or limitations (taqyid) of the verses of the Koran that are absolute, and specializes (takhshish) verses of the Koran that are still general. Third, Bayan at-tasyri' is realizing a law or teachings that are not found in the Koran or in the Koran there are only the main points. The benefits of Islamic Education are for the future, that is, it can increase or expand our knowledge of Allah and His creation, in religious science or general science can also strengthen and increase the faith of students in instilling islamic teachings and can directly, the benefits of Islamic education in the effectiveness of the Qur'an are interpreted in Surah al-Taubah verse 122 and al-Mujadalah verse 11 these verses are found in it about the benefits of Education then interpreted and was unfaithfully munasabahkan by well-known mufassir.
