The Special Region of Yogyakarta holds a distinctive "Special" status, particularly concerning land management following the enactment of Law No. 13 of 2012. The Kasultanan (Sultanate) and Pakualaman possess special rights to control and manage Sultan Ground and Pakualaman Ground lands, dedicated to the welfare and benefit of the community. Land issues have been further regulated under Special Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2017. There exist two primary issues: firstly, the lack of capacity and knowledge regarding constitutional rights related to the management and utilization of Sultan Ground (SG) and Pakualaman Ground (PG) as per Perda No.1/2017 among the targeted groups. Secondly, there's a lack of legal awareness regarding the process of obtaining approval or ownership by residents of SG and PG. The implementation methods encompass: (a) initial preparation and issue identification; (b) participant identification and legal document study; (c) interactive village discussions; and (d) legal counselling. With a targeted achievement of maximal understanding at 85%, this program is expected to contribute to enhancing knowledge, legal awareness, and self-capacity concerning the management and utilization of SG and PG lands for the people's welfare. The mandatory outcomes include publication in a national scientific journal, mass media publication, activity videos, and additional participation in scientific forums.

One of the functions of the mosque that Al-Muqorrobin Islamic Center Mosque wants to play, apart from being a comfortable place for mahdah worship, is as a place for the formation of the young generation of Muslims who are strong in character. However, so far this function is still not optimal, while the interesting activities of Youth Mosques to prosper the mosque and form the mentality and awareness of defending the country among its members are still very minimal. For this reason, this community partnership program offers 2 sustainable activities to address the problem of youth mosques as the program partner namely: 1. The Subuh Education(Didikan Subuh) activities after the Fajr Prayer in the congregation every Sunday morning; 2. The practice of martial art Tapak Suci self-defense which is carried out after Didikan from 6 to 8 am. The methods used in these activities are lectures, dialogue, demonstrations, and exercises led by a professional martial arts trainer. The results of the pre-test and post-test assessments of the Didikan Subuh participants showed that there had been a significant increase in the participants' religious and national insights and knowledge from an average of 32.6% in the pre-test to 64% in the post-test. While the results of routine Tapak Suci martial arts training since February 5, 2023, have produced 2 champions of the Tapak Suci Inter Kindergarten and Elementary Championships throughout the Province of Yogyakarta Special Region (Muhi Minggir Cup Competition) which was held on 12-14 May 2023

Adelina's case indicates that there are still arbitrary actions experienced by indonesian workers in Malaysia. Adelina is an illegal migrant worker and was convicted of attempted murder by her employer in Malaysia. Adelina often received violent treatment from her employer until Adelina died. This research aims to find the facts of Adelina's case objectively so that it can be an evaluation of the applicable legal formulation. The legal research used is normative legal research, researchers put the law as a building system of norms. Doctrinal legal research in this study uses a regulatory approach, and research sources that are in accordance with the legal issues studied. The results found that the lack of prevention efforts by Indonesia and Malaysia against cases of smuggling of illegal workers resulted in trafficking in persons being the main factor in the occurrence of unlawful acts committed by employers against migrant workers.

Introduction to The Problem: In early 2019, the total data on Building Permits for Boarding Houses in Yogyakarta City reached more than 700 houses, and the local tax revenue for the category Boarding House did not reach 40 homes yearly. The urgency of enforcement of the boarding house tax regulation is relevant to increasing tax compliance rates and local revenue from boarding houses.Objective Study: This study examines the enforcement of the Regional Regulation of Number 1 of 2011 on Local Tax and the obstacles to its implementation using the law system components, the law enforcement factors and the law enforcement elements.Methodology: The data used are primary data and secondary data through a regulatory approach. Data collection uses a structured interview process by interviewing five interviewees who handled the enforcement of boarding house tax rules.Findings: The service quality of tax authority factor, law enforcement officers’ factor, and tax sanctions factor have adjusted the public needs (as a legal benefit) and legal certainty while does not provide justice to the community. Implications of the study for tax policy of the Boarding House category are the imposition of criminal sanctions and administrative sanctions against non-compliance boarding house taxpayers, the coordination between tax authorities and law enforcers to enforce boarding house tax rules, and the development of boarding house tax regulations relating to the tax sanctions theory.Paper Type: Research Article

Desa Panggungharjo selama ini belum memiliki Perdes Difabel. Padahal sebagian warganya penyandang difabel terbesar di kecamatan Sewon-Bantul DIY. Minimnya pengetahuan, sumber daya aparatur desa dan warga menjadi penyebab utama. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan pelatihan legal drafting, agar aparatur Desa dan warga memiliki kapasitas dan skill yang baik sehingga dapat menyusun Perdes Difabel yang berkualitas. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup: tahap persiapan awal dan identifikasi masalah; identifikasi partsipan dan studi dokumen hukum; pembekalan materi legal drafting Perdes Difabel; dan teknis penyusunan legal drafting Perdes Difabel. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran hkuum, kapasitas diri, dan skill legal drafting bagi aparatur Desa dan warga difabel selaku penerima manfaat. Sehingga memberikan optimisme bagi pemerintah Desa untuk membentuk Perdes terkait pemenuhan hak-hak warga Difabel di Desa Panggungharjo Sewon Bantul.

Wakaf adalah salah satu instrumen dalam Islam yang sangat potensial dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan sosial karena peranan pentingnya dalam menyediakan sarana pendidikan, kesehatan, sarana ibadah, serta fasilitas umum lainnya. Keberadaan data aset wakaf yang tersimpan dengan lengkap, baik dan rapi merupakan prasyarat utama (conditio sine quanon) dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan administrasi wakaf yang handal dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Pengurus Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Kasihan Bantul yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah nadzir badan yang masih mengadministrasikan dokumen hukum aset wakaf berbentu fisik secara manual, belum berbentuk data digital. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk melakukan inventarisasi dan digitalisasi seluruh dokumen pendukung aset wakaf yang dikuasai oleh mitra/PCM Kasihan Bantul. Adapun metode dan tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini: pertama, inventarisasi data aset wakaf yang dikelola mitra; kedua, digitalisasi data aset wakaf mitra; ketiga, penyimpanan data digital aset wakaf mitra ke dalam internal dan eksternal hard disk. Dengan kerjasama yang baik dari mitra, tujuan pengabdian dapat tercapai, meskipun kerap terkendala oleh kondisi pandemic covid-19 yang kembali mengganas di wilayah mitra pada saat pengabdian dilaksanakan.

Pendidikan politik Pilkada bagi kelompok pelajar disabilitas merupakan hak asasi yang dijamin konstitusi namun dalam praktik, tidak mudah diwujudkan. Topik ini dipilih untuk mengantisipasi agenda pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) Bantul pada 2020. Guna mewujudkan Pilkada yang jujur, berkualitas, dan berkeadilan. Program ini akan memberikan penguatan kapasitas hak-hak politik kepemiluan bagi pelajar disabilitas kelompok pemilih pemula di SLBN 1 Bantul, selaku kelompok sasaran penerima manfaat. Program ini diarahkan untuk: (1) memberikan pemahaman hak-hak politik Pilkada, (2) kemampuan mengadvokasi diri, membangun posisi tawar, dan kesadaran politik dikalangan pelajar disabilitas (pemilih pemula) terkait hak-hak kepemiluannya dalam Pilkada. Metode kegiatan berupa penyuluhan hukum Pilkada, diskusi non formal disertai simulasi/role playing contoh kasus aktual dan kontekstual terkait edukasi hak-hak politik dalam Pilkada. Diharapkan program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi kualitas demokrasi berupa peningkatan pengetahuan, kemampuan mengadvokasi diri, membangun posisi tawar, dan kesadaran politik guna turut mensukseskan Pilkada Bantul 2020 serta bisa menjadi pilot project bagi kegiatan serupa terutama di Daerah Istimewa Yogykarta.
