Водночас в Україні за останні 30 років поширеність серцево-судинних захворювань серед дорослого населення зросла в 3,5 раза, при цьому зростання рівня смертності за останнє десятиліття в Україні від ІХС складало 16,2 %, від інфаркту міокарда - 13,9 % [3]. Ці негативні медико-демографічні тенденції пов'язують зі значним поширенням таких факторів ризику коронарного атеросклерозу як гіперхолестеринемія, куріння, вплив ксенобіотиків, професійних інтоксикацій, гомоцистеїнемія, артеріальна гіпертензія, ожиріння, цукровий діабет [4], які спричиняють значну активацію імунозапальних процесів та редокс-системи, пригнічення антиоксидатного захисту організму, порушення коагуляційної ланки гемостазу та функції ендотелію [5] і призводять до швидкого прогресування ІХС, роз-витку гострого коронарного синдрому (ГКС) та загрозливих для життя ускладнень. Ще одним важливим і недостатньо враховуваним фактором низької клінічної ефективності медикаментозних і хірургічних програм лікування хворих з ГКС (ІМ) є коморбідність -поєднання двох і більше патологій, що призводить до взаємообтяження перебігу захворювань, породжує чималі труднощі у встановленні діагнозу та виробленні програми лікування [10]. ...
