The purpose of the research was to assess the relationship between burnout, work family conflict and social support among male and female medical doctors. The sample of eighty doctors i.e. forty males and forty females, were selected from four well known hospitals situated in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The age range of these participants was between twenty five years to sixty years. Forty of them having less than ten years experience while rest of forty participants had more than ten years experience. Both married and unmarried participants were selected.
