This study examines the adoption and challenges of mobile banking services in the Nilgiris district, focusing on user satisfaction, usability, and common issues encountered. The research highlights the transition of banking activities from traditional in-person interactions to digital platforms, emphasizing their convenience and efficiency. Using a structured questionnaire, primary data was collected from 40 respondents. Key findings indicate that ease of use, instant transfer features, and time-saving benefits significantly contribute to high user satisfaction. However, major challenges include internet issues, security concerns, and difficulty navigating mobile banking applications. The study underscores the importance of improving infrastructure, enhancing user interfaces, and addressing cost-related barriers to increase the acceptance of mobile banking services. These insights aim to guide policymakers and banking institutions in refining their services to meet user expectations effectively.
