The technological advance of the digitalization of companies generates changes in the essential strategies of communication, in the form of corporate and technological governance, thus achieving greater business competitiveness. Modern management pursues business excellence even in environments of uncertainty and significant complexity and goes through a rigorous Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) process involving the definition of Attributes, Subatributes and Alternatives. Thus, the pursuit of excellence and business competitiveness was treated in this work with the development of a peer to peer multicriteria hierarchical design using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.
