The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning. Private schools are schools founded by religious and non-religious organizations. The contribution of private schools to the nation and state is enormous. However, one of the problems faced by private schools is the lack of students’ registering interest. this paper aims to find out the strategy to increase students' registering interest in private schools. There are several strategies that can be carried out by private institutions to increase the interest of applicants, namely: 1) good branding management; 2) having a reliable marketing strategy; 3) improving school quality; and 4) providing discounts. Syarah is a scholar’s attempt to find the meaning of hadith texts. So it can be concluded that sharh hadith is for an explanation of the meaning of the text, pronunciation or sentences related to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This research is a library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the science of sharh al-hadith, as well as the history of its development. The results of this study indicate that the syarah of hadith includes: 1) Explaining the quantity and quality of hadith, both from the sanad side and from the matan side, and both global and detailed. This includes an explanation of the paths of transmission, an explanation of the identities and characteristics of the narrators, as well as an analysis of matan in terms of linguistic rules. 2) Describe the meaning and intent of the hadith. This includes explaining how to read certain pronunciations, explaining sentence structure, explaining lexical and grammatical meanings and the intended meaning. 3) Describe the meaning and intent of the hadith. Organization and communication are two things that cannot be separated, where one is related to the other. Organization is the art of organizing something, while communication is a means of conveying the intentions of the organization. Presumably the ability of school/madrasah principals needs to pay attention to these two aspects so that as leaders, managers (madrasah heads) are able to lead Islamic educational institutions to become superior educational institutions. This type of research uses qualitative research methods, namely research methods used to examine natural objects as experiments. The results of this study indicate that communication is a process of exchanging ideas, messages and contacts, as well as social interaction, including the main activities in human life. Etymologically, the term communication comes from the Latin word communication which is derived from the word communis which means making togetherness or building togetherness between two or more people. Communication in educational organizations can take place at any time involving people who are in the organization, both superiors, subordinates or elements of leadership and subordinates, between teachers and students at school, as well as between students and other students, as well as between teachers and parents. students and so on.
