Jurnal Teknologi Terapan G-Tech

The Industry 4.0 era has driven rapid growth in Indonesia's automotive industry, with increasing environmental awareness fueling demand for eco-friendly vehicles, such as electric cars. In 2023, electric car sales surged by 65%, reaching 17.06 thousand units. However, widespread adoption remains hindered by high costs and limited charging infrastructure. This study aims to analyze Indonesian public sentiment toward electric cars using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The analysis shows that positive sentiment is dominant, reflecting broad support for this innovation, despite concerns over cost and infrastructure. The Naïve Bayes model achieved an accuracy of 80%, with a precision of 84%, recall of 90%, and an F1-score of 87%. These findings can help the industry devise more effective marketing and educational strategies to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia.

Jurnal Teknologi Terapan G-Tech

Information technology systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) are crucial for companies to meet their business needs. However, as companies grow, challenges arise, particularly in the Material Management (MM) module within SAP. This study aims to identify issues such as data inaccuracies and material duplication during the interfacing process with SAP MM and assess IT governance capabilities using the COBIT 2019 framework. The methods used include interviews and literature review, focusing on the domains of APO12 (Managed Risk), BAI03 (Managed Solutions Identification & Build), and DSS03 (Managed Problems). The results show that APO12 reached capability level 4, while BAI03 and DSS03 are at level 3, with a target of level 4. Recommendations include enhancing proactive system design evaluation, developing systematic procedures to address data issues, and implementing permanent solutions to prevent data duplication and inaccuracies during interfacing.

Figure 4. Number of Customer Segmentation Clusters Based on Motorcycle Type Figure 4 illustrates a graph representing the WCSS (Within-Cluster Sum of Squares) values as the horizontal axis and the number of clusters as the vertical axis. WCSS serves as a metric in cluster analysis, measuring the distance of data points within a cluster from its center, spanning from k = 2 to k = 5. The WCSS value reflects the proximity of data points to the center of their respective clusters.
Figure 5. Number of Customer Segmentation Clusters Based on Province Figure 5 is a graph shown by the Elbow Method for determine the optimal number of clusters in customer segmentation based on province. The elbow point is visible at k = 2 to k = 5. This shows that this cluster is the optimal cluster for customer segmentation based on creditors. The decrease in WCSS is not significant after k = 5. This is shows that adding clusters of more than 4 does not provide significant improvement in segmentation quality.
