This study aims to analyze employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Sidamanik Unit. Research method with survey, data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study were 45 employees of the production department. Data were analyzed with qualitative analysis. The results showed that employee performance was good but not optimal, with the highest dimension in the dimension of job satisfaction, and the lowest value was in the dimension of discipline. To optimize employee performance by disciplining employees through strict sanctions in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing in consumers of Sembilan Puluh Derajat Coffee Pematang Siantar. Research methods with surveys, data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The unit of analysis in this study was 40 consumers. The data is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results showed that digital marketing was good but not optimal, with the highest dimension in the interactive advertising dimension, and the lowest value in the viral marketing dimension. To optimize the implementation of digital marketing by involving influencers to work together to introduce their products to consumers.
The phenomenon of digital literacy learning at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Pematang Siantar is influenced by the learning model used during the pandemic. Hybrid learning system is used in learning has an impact on increasing student competence. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of digital literacy, hybrid learning system and student competence at Indonesian subject in grade XI, and at the same time figuring out the effect of digital literacy and hybrid learning system on student competence. This research was completed with a literature and field research design. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The test of instrument through a validity test and reliability test. The technigues of data analysis are the test of descriptive qualitative and quantitative tests. This study stated that digital literacy and hybrid learning system have a positive and significant effect on the competence of students. It was concluded that digital literacy, and hybrid learning system at the competence of student were useful. There was a positive influence, and having a strong relationship in this phenomenon. It is necessary in managing the challenges of the learning data access, improving learning facilities and infrastructure, carrying out supervision and competitions which increasing up the intrest and skills.
The research objective is to determine the impact of price and location on buying interest. The approach used in the research design is a qualitative descriptive approach and a quantitative descriptive approach. This study uses a test of validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, correlation and determination, the t test with the results of the study, namely a positive and significant effect between price and location on buying interest and a moderately high level of relationship. The contribution of price and location to buying interest was 49,5%

Hasil peneltiian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Motivasi sudah baik, pengawasan sudah baik, leader member exchange sudah baik, turnover intention sudah rendah dan kinerja karyawan sudah baik. 2. Motivasi, pengawasan, leader member exchange berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap turnover intention baik secara simultan maupun parsial kemudian turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel bebas dimana terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara motivasi dengan pengawasan kemudian terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara pengawasan dengan leader member exchange dan terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara motivasi dengan leader member exchange. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel bebas dan terikat, terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi dengan turnover intention. Hubungan yang kuat antara pengawasan dengan turnover intention. Hubungan yang kuat antara leader member exchange dengan turnover. Hubungan yang sangat kuat antara motivasi, pengawasan, leader member exchange dengan turnover intention. Hubungan yang sangat kuat antara turnover intention dengan kinerja karyawan. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis H0 ditolak, artinya motivasi, pengawasan dan leader member exchange berpengaruh negatif signfikan terhadap turnover intention baik secara simultan maupun parsial. The research results can be summarized as follows: 1. Motivation is good, Supervision is good, leader-member exchange is good, the turnover intention is low and employee performance is good. 2. Motivation, Supervision, leader member exchange have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention both simultaneously and partially then turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 3. There is a relationship between the independent variables with a low relationship between motivation and Supervision, a moderate relationship between Supervision and leader-member exchange, and a moderate relationship between motivation and leader member exchange. There is a relationship between the independent and dependent variables, there is a strong relationship between motivation and turnover intention. There is a strong relationship between supervision and turnover intention. There is a strong relationship between leader member exchange and turnover. There is a strong relationship between motivation, Supervision, leader member exchange and turnover intention. There is a very strong relationship between turnover intention and employee performance. 4. The results of the H0 hypothesis test are rejected, meaning that motivation, Supervision and leader member exchange significantly negatively affect turnover intention simultaneously and partially.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1. Gambaran literasi digital, kreativitas, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantrar pada mata pelajaran IPA. 2. Pengaruh literasi digital, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantar pada mata pelajaran IPA baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD sebanyak 138 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1. Literasi digital, kreativitas, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar dapat dikatakan baik. 2. Hasil analisis regresi terdapat pengaruh positif antara literasi digital, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar baik secara simultan maupun parsial, 3. Hasil korelasi terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara literasi digital, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar. 4. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji F dan uji t menyatakan H0 ditolak, artinya literasi digital, kreativitas dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. The influence of digital literacy, creativity, and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at the Kalam Kudus Christian Elementary School Pematangsiantar on science, either simultaneously or partially. The regression analysis results positively influence digital literacy, creativity, and learning motivation on learning outcomes both simultaneously and partially, 3. The correlation results have a very strong relationship between digital literacy, creativity, and learning motivation on learning outcomes. 4. The results of hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t-test, state that H0 was rejected, it means that digital literacy, creativity and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.

In addition, the production capacity produced by the group of housewives is still limited due to production equipment such as sewing machines which are still inadequate in terms of quantity and quality and members still use the machines owned by their fellow members and are old enough to cause limitations in terms of production and market. share that has not been clearly identified and promotional efforts that have not been optimal. Indicators of the success of this service activity include increased production capacity by 90%, production results are neater and have quality variations, increased partner turnover of at least 90%, and increased business competitiveness of at least 90%.
In order to maximize work-life balance, minimize work stress, and utilize teachers as human resources, flexible work arrangements must be implemented. It is intended that the adoption of online learning platforms will lessen stress and boost job satisfaction by requiring teachers to practice work-life balance and flexible scheduling. But in practice, a lot of teachers do not even feel satisfied in their positions. This study aims to examine the relationship between work-life balance, stress at work, and job satisfaction as well as the impact of these factors on job satisfaction. This study focuses on the 168 State High School Civil Servants Teachers in Pematang Siantar City who received their certifications using a proportional random sample technique and normality-based data analysis. The SPSS Statistic version 20 program was used to run the test. The findings demonstrated that the answers met the criteria for job satisfaction, work-life balance, and work stress. The analysis of the correlation coefficient produced strong and favorable results. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that, during the COVID 19 pandemic, Senior High School Teachers in Pematang Siantar City's work-life balance and work stress have a favorable and significant impact on job satisfaction.
