ResumenEl propósito de este trabajo es describir y analizar el cibergénero científico-académico Artículo de Investigación desde el punto de vista de su funcionalidad y en consecuencia,el valor informativo de sus links. A tal fin, se seleccionaron 90 hiperartículos pertenecientes al campo de la Psicología, Matemática y Biología y se los analizó teniendo en cuenta los atributos de funcionalidad propuestos por M. Shepherd, C.Watters y A. Kennedy (2004). La investigación “Desarrollo de la competencia de género para la comunicación académico-científica en un contexto plurilingüe”,tiene como objetivo identificar en qué instancias de su formación de grado los estudiantes utilizan las TIC, paraanalizar el uso que hacen de ellas a fin de determinar su rol como instrumentos mediadores entre los elementos del triángulointeractivo alumnos-profesor contenidos y las implicancias pedagógicas de sus usos en dos contextos diferentes de educaciónsuperior: Profesorado en Lengua Inglesa - Instituto de Formación Docente (IFDC) San Luis y Profesorado en Ciencias de laEducación, Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL). El estudio es cuantitativo, descriptivo y comparativo. El instrumentoque se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue una encuesta diseñada por los tutores del Postítulo Especialización Docenteen Educación y TIC del Ministerio de Educación de la Nación. Se tomó a 20 estudiantes seleccionados de manera aleatoriade ambas instituciones. Las TIC actúan como intermediarias de relaciones de carácter bidimensional (alumno-contenido,docente-contenido o alumno-docente) en las que no se ponen en juego todas las e-competencias necesarias para lograr laalfabetización digital característica de la actual Sociedad de la Información y el Conocimiento (SIC).

The research identifies the moments of their training at which the students use ICT, to analyze the use of them so as to determine their role as mediating instruments between the elements of the interactive triangle students-teacher-contents and to reflect on the pedagogical implications of the use of ICT in two different High Education contexts: the Teacher Training Program in English Language - Instituto de Formación Docente Continua (IFDC) - San Luis and the Teacher Training Program in Education Sciences, Faculty of Humanities, National University of San Luis (UNSL). This study is quantitative, descriptive and comparative. Data were collected by means of questionnaires designed by teachers of the Teacher Training and ICT Major of the Ministry of National Education. Random samples of 20 students were selected from the two institutions above mentioned. Information analyzed following Coll, Onrubia and Mauri's category on the uses of ICT In these instances ICT come to act as intermediaries of two-dimensional relations (student-content, teacher-content or student-teacher) in which all necessary e-competences to develop digital literacy, characteristic of the Information and Knowledge Society, play a small part.
