In view of some problems existing in China’s power market, this paper uses the multi-objective genetic algorithm to analyze the problems in the power market. The equivalent mathematical model of energy distribution is established and optimized, and its performance is optimized. The results indicates that the scheme can significantly improve the new energy consumption rate of the distribution network and the security of the distribution network and achieve the design purpose.

Since 2021, the state has successively issued a series of energy storage development policies. Among them, the guiding opinions on accelerating the development of new energy storage, and the notice on further promoting the participation of new energy storage in the power market and dispatching and utilization have defined the boundaries of the energy storage industry in terms of planning and construction, allocation scale, and income mode. The Henan provincial government issued relevant policies in combination with the actual situation, clarifying the direction for the development of energy storage in the province. In order to analyze the economy of electrochemical energy storage, we use units-of-production method to calculate energy storage cost and benefit.

Under the dual carbon target, with the gradual increase of the scale of new energy grid connection, the randomness and volatility of new energy output will further affect the safe and stable operation of the system. In view of the frequent fluctuation of the section load rate of the county external liaison line, this paper proposes a self balancing transaction scheduling strategy of new energy power within the county considering the section load rate, and establishes a day ahead real-time two-tier transaction joint optimization model considering the section load rate. The simulation calculation shows that this strategy can significantly improve the local consumption rate of new energy compared with the simple physical method using only energy storage technology, Reduce the power flow fluctuation of tie line, optimize the section load rate and maintain the stability of power grid.

Under the “double carbon” goal and background, new energy power generation will usher in great development. The investment and construction of new energy projects and the scale of grid connected transmission are increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for the investment decision-making management and income of county new energy subjects. Based on the power curve trading and non cooperative game theory and the day ahead real-time two-stage adjustment and correction mechanism of county subjects, this paper briefly analyzes the new energy consumption and income of county subjects based on internal non cooperative game under curve trading.

Liberalizing the electricity sales market is an important direction for electricity reform and a major strategic move to implement the reform of the supply and demand structure. In the process of liberalizing the electricity retail market, various mechanisms are not yet sound, and many problems have arisen due to opaque information. Establishing an open and effective information disclosure mechanism has become a necessary condition for ensuring the orderly development of the retail market. The article proposes a framework for information disclosure in the retail electricity market. The research results can be used as the basis for the credit rating of electricity retail companies, and will help the stable and healthy operation of the electricity retail market.

In order to analyze the interaction between the optimization of industrial structure and energy consumption in Henan Province and its internal laws, we collect data on economic development and energy consumption from 1995 to 2019, and use the VAR model for empirical analysis. The research results show that the relationship between industrial structure optimization and energy consumption is not a simple one-way causal relationship. Optimization has a negative impact, which can then promote the optimization of the industrial structure for a certain period of time. However, in the long run, there is no significant causal relationship between energy efficiency and industrial structure optimization.

... The problem of deep-discharging energy storage equipment also needs to be taken into account. A deep discharge depth accelerates the life shortening of energy storage equipment and affects its performance [25,26]. The battery's depth of discharge is typically between 0.2 and 0.8 in real engineering. ...

... Literature [5] analyzes the three-phase path for the transition from medium-and long-term trading to spot trading in China, based on the development experience of foreign power markets and considering the characteristics of power generation and consumption in China.Literature [6] puts forward a new clearing mechanism for the deviation problems existing in medium and long-term power trading in the current spot environment and verifies the feasibility of the mechanism through examples. Literature [7] examines the linkage between medium and long-term trading and the spot market from the current situation of electricity market operation. Literature [8] proposes a mixed integer programming model based on portfolio theory to describe the trading strategies of large user electricity in the spot market and medium to long term market, and validates it through the Iberian electricity market case. ...

... Maintaining satisfactory levels of electrical power quality has posed an ongoing difficulty in distribution systems [1]. Inadequate power quality can lead to various negative consequences, impacting both the electrical system and the connected equipment [2]. In general, below-par power quality can result in various problems, including a rise in power wastage, poor performance of the devices, and disruption of nearby communication systems, among other detrimental effects. ...

... In contrast to the past reliance on dedicated network connections for large-scale power plants and centralized loads, these emerging distributed resources tend to interact with the power grid through public communication networks [3][4][5]. This shift has greatly promoted the universal accessibility and utilization efficiency of resources, but it has also introduced new challenges, especially considering the openness, dynamic changes, and channel instability of such network environments [6][7][8], which are more prominent against the backdrop of the continuous increase in the penetration rate of new energy sources. With the increasing In addition, currently, flexible resources mainly participate in various flexibility markets through demand-side management. ...

... Integrated Demand Response (IDR), as an extension and expansion of traditional demand response (DR) in RIESs, can not only adjust energy consumption through price and incentive response mechanisms to effectively reduce load fluctuations but also reduce system operating costs, achieving multi-energy coupling and complementarity [25]. In [26,27], taking into account the coupling characteristics of electricity, heat, and gas loads, a RIES model incorporating IDR for electricity, heat, and gas is proposed. The case study results demonstrate that the application of DR can enhance the low-carbon economy of RIESs. ...
