Knowledge is a core constituent of any organization which helps to identify and develop the talent. Talent management (TM) aims to improve the potential of employees who are seen as being able to make a valuable difference for the organisation, now or in the future. Moreover, talent management should improve the overall organizational performance. Talent acquisition, development and retention are considered to be the important components of TM in the development of any organization including educational institutions. The focal point of this study is to identify and develop the aspects of talent management in business schools in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. This study attempts to look into central challenges and dilemmas in today's business schools, pertaining to TM. IJER
