The combination of artificial intelligence and meta-universe greatly enriches the teaching means and teaching experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper utilizes artificial intelligence technology to empower the teaching management, curriculum teaching and teaching evaluation path of innovative entrepreneurship education. And it utilizes meta-universe to provide an immersive and interactive learning environment for students. The effect of integration of industry, science, innovation and education in universities is further explored in this context. An improved AHP-Fuzzy-based assessment model for the integration of industry, science, innovation and education is designed. Taking university S as the research object, according to the AHP-Fuzzy model, the affiliation degrees of the four grades of the integration of industry, science, innovation and education in university S are 0.3008, 0.4995, 0.1999 and 0. According to the principle of maximum affiliation degree, the integration of industry, science, innovation and education in university S is judged to belong to the grade of “better”, and the evaluation results are in line with the actual results. This evaluation result is consistent with the actual results. Accordingly, it is suggested that S-University can improve the integration of industry, science, innovation and education by upgrading the faculty, professionalization of teachers and optimizing the allocation of resources.
