The study was conducted to analyze the compensation policies of state-owned enterprises. Recently, many large companies with high growth targets have been forced to focus on comprehensive competitiveness, in which the ability to attract talent through salary and welfare policies is considered a top priority. Currently, some companies in Asia as well as in the world are redesigning the salary and welfare system to suit the new situation to both meet the expectations of employees (especially talented people) on compensation policies and help businesses achieve long-term development goals.
