Legal Awareness is essential to a well-functioning society, and everyone should contribute toincreasing awareness in their communities. The aim of this research is to analyze the millennialgeneration's compliance with environmental laws through activities such as beach cleaning andecology. We obtained several edits from various existing literature publications and thenpartnered on a fundamental approach, which, among other things, involved coding the data,analyzing it to evaluate it, and interpreting it to obtain answers as findings that support thisresearch. Of course in a technological approach, the strategy is to seek understanding from largeamounts of data to produce findings. So analytical tools or theories are needed to explain theabove problems, one of which is used in this research is Emile Durkheim's theory regarding aculture, so that you can also see the institutions and norms that exist in that culture. Based onthe data we have studied and the results we have discussed, we can perfect the environmentallegal analysis of the MEA generation which has raised several important points, includinginsurance compliance, the desire to guarantee a healthy environment, other proposalssupported by financial awareness. Those who understand the law of ordinary will have socialconsciousness and are also supported by spiritual consciousness. The conclusions from theresults of this research help develop similar research in the future, of course in the context ofenvironmental studies. The novelty of this research is a culture-based environment.

This study aimed at interviewing university students of Perbanas Institute Jakarta; through focus group discussion interviews, we have received inputs in the form of accurate information about the advantages and benefits students get when they enroll in the institute's banking and finance department. After collecting the data, we analyzed it to understand which would answer the study problems mentioned above. As for the first process, we read the touchscreen interview results and then tried it so that we were able to compile a data concept according to the question and answer segments. After a series of data analyses, there are some advantages that students get while studying and preparing for a career, among others. Successful banking is certainly backed up by Technology and supported by faith resources who understand banking theory and practice in an era that is now increasingly millennial. This study aims to identify several scientific evidence of the process of concepts and applications of public policymaking and services based on scientific knowledge obtained from various practices in developed and developing countries. We get supporting data from various first publications on public policy and services in Indonesia and several other scientific contexts. We analyze under a phenomenological engagement involving a coding system, so that valid and reliable conclusions are drawn to answer the problem. Based on the analysis and discussion results, we can conclude that several essential components have been obtained whose language is the concept and application of policymaking in public has resulted in a variety of concepts and policies that follow the needs of the field, which are based on instruments and objectives. The best practice that we have been able to conclude includes anti-corruption policies limiting policies in Indonesia and narcotics policies, human rights and democracy, technology and science policies, and system policies that work in Indonesia. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.

Finding best practices in human resource management, especially in advancing global tourism, both services and goods, is an exciting topic, mainly when much scientific evidence has been investigated in various advanced provinces in the tourism industry. To obtain valid data to support this research question, we collect several publications which are scientific evidence in the field and analyze them using a phenomenological approach which includes, among others, in-depth data coding systems, in-depth evaluation, and data synthesis and interpretation to obtain valid findings to answer the research problem. We electronically scoured many literary data sources for our data. Next, we made a descriptive qualitative report, in which we looked at various points of view with findings including that the key to tourism success, as in several provinces in Indonesia, lies in the skills and excellence of government and private human resources in managing tourism to make their province the best tourist destination. Those are some reviews from various studies that are scientific evidence to answer this study question. Hopefully useful for further studies.

Sebagian besar orang memiliki media sosial baik anak-anak, remaja, orang dewasa bahkan sampai lansia juga memiliki media sosial. Media sosial mudah diakses dimana saja dan memiliki manfaat yang banyak dalam berbagai bidang, media sosial juga mampu membentuk karakter seseorang menjadi lebih baik ataupun sebaliknya. Khususnya karakter anak-anak dan remaja adalah yang paling mudah berubah karena media sosial, banyak dari mereka masih belum bisa membedakan apa yang baik dan buruk, apa yang harus dilihat dan apa yang tidak boleh dilihat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap pembentukan karakter pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 di SDN Cipayung 05 Bekasi beserta orang tua siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara, untuk melihat apakah ada peran orang tua saat anak menggunakan media sosial, apakah media sosial memiliki peran dalam pembentukan karakter anak yang baik ataupun sebaliknya dan juga melihat sikap anak baik pada orang tua ataupun pada masyarakat dilingkugannya.

Character education plays a vital role in the development of children's mature personalities. The lack of adequate character education strengthening in schools is an issue that requires attention. As facilitators, companions, and sources in the process of conveying knowledge to students about the importance of character education in elementary school, teachers must play a crucial role in the development of children's character. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in assisting elementary schools in implementing strategies for improving elementary school students' understanding of character education in order to provide benefits in terms of understanding the obstacles in the application of character education in elementary schools and strategies that can be implemented, particularly for teacher-student communication. Using a literature review, this study determines the elements and tactics that can be implemented in primary schools to improve character education for pupils. Recommendations were made for schools based on the findings, including employing active learning techniques and incorporating character education values into all learning materials. Reflection and evaluation should also be conducted to assist students in comprehending and improving their character education-related behavior. To reach the true aims of character education, it is necessary to overcome obstacles such as schools' lack of preparedness, educators' lack of comprehension, and ineffective learning techniques.

This study discusses multimedia's effectiveness for accelerated or post-pandemic low learning at the elementary school level. Very few data findings discuss the effectiveness of post-pandemic technology-based learning. An electronic data search will be carried out on various literature related to the two variables above to overcome this problem. Next, we analyze the data using a phenomenological approach that involves a deep data coding system and high integration and ends with the principle of high validity to answer the issues and problems we have formed above. After going through a series of studies and presentation of existing data, this study is believed to have produced several findings, including the application of multimedia for the elementary level, efforts to accelerate learning loss due to the impact of the Pandemic have proven to be able to provide several conveniences and be innovative in its implementation. The reason is that multimedia attracts learners and allows learning to find new things that cannot be done manually. These findings will be the best contribution to the development of multimedia learning for post-pandemic elementary schools.

Advances in information technology in the current era of globalization is very rapid. The progress of information technology is marked by the ease in finding and receiving information, especially in the world of education. So that technology can be used as a tool for students in the world of education by utilizing the internet. The internet is a medium that provides many facilities, one of which is social media. Social media is a means of information and communication that has many impacts and influences in the world of education, both positive and negative impacts. In line with that this research aims to find out the impact of social media and its influence in the world of education. The method used by researchers in this study is a quantitative method using a survey model using Google forms and in-depth interviews with several students. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah level students in Cirebon. The results of this study indicate that social media can have positive and negative influences and impacts in the world of education. One of the negative impacts felt by students from the use of social media in the world of education is the easy distraction of students’ concentration during the learning process.

Maluku pasca konflik sosial Masyarakat kini tinggal terkotak-kotak, pada wilaya wilaya tertentu berdasarkan kelompok dan golongan. Namun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, interaksi antar kelompok sudah berjalan “normal”. Tapi, untuk tinggal berbaur dengan kelompok yang berbeda, masih dirasakan kurang “nyaman”. Kelompok tertentu, yang umumnya bekerja sebagai pedagang, menunggu situasi kondusif. Semua data dan informasi mengenai konflik sosial dikemas melalui sebuah perangkat metode penelitian kualitatif yang menurut peneliti sangat efekif dalam rangka merealisir tujuan penelitian ini. Melalui teknik obsevasi langsung, Disamping itu penulis juga menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, terutama terhadap beberapa orang informasi kunci yang ditentukan secara sengaja sesuai kebutuhan penelitian ini. Melalui perangkat metode-metode itulah, hasil penelitian ini dapat disajikan melalui penelitian ini. Atas dasar itulah penulis bermaksud membuat analisis secara lengkap dan konprehansif, diantaranya situasi pasca konflik sosial dapat berpengaruh pada pembelajaran PKn di sekolah dan peran masyarakat orang tua atau kelauarga dan berbagai pihak yang berkompeten dalam meberikan pembinaan kepada siswa pasca konflik sosial Maluku. PKn dalam membentuk sikap siswa secara inovatif dalam tujuan dengan formatnya, sehingga para guru merasa keleluasan untuk menentukan pilihan metode pembelajaran PKn benar-benar membina dan membentuk watak sikap karakter siswa yang demokrastis dan bersikap menghargai orang lain dan sadar akan kehidupan bermasyarakat berbangsa dan bernegara.
