Lágila Cristina Nogueira Martins’s scientific contributions

Este artigo busca se aprofundar brevemente na vida e obra de um artista específico que figurou durante a época renascentista e em suas obras, que retratavam questões diversas, com uma técnica única e complexa. Uma vez que a arte é um dos elementos importantes nas análises históricas, e compreensão de culturas, crenças e saberes. O artista em questão é Hieronymus Bosch, que vivenciou e participou da transição da Idade Média para a Idade Moderna, sua obra aparenta traços dos dogmas e elementos do universo cristão, ao mesmo tempo em que se compõe de elementos ficcionais e imaginários, que dão bases a variadas interpretações, mas que também retratam as atrocidades, medos e dificuldades da época.Se tornando representações relevantes da concepção cultural do período e principalmente formulando o imaginário em torno do medo da condenação não só do corpo, mas também da alma dos indivíduos.

Since the Renaissance was marked by great development in all areas of society, emerging as a counterpoint to the medieval and theocentric thought that prevailed until then, this article aims to highlight the importance of the artistic and cultural movement of the Renaissance and its variations and influences throughout Europe, in a period of transition from the Middle Ages to the Modern Age. The cultural aspects of the Renaissance are briefly characterized, highlighting the concept of humanism. In addition, the variables of the artistic and intellectual movement are analyzed according to its location in Europe, with distinctions between the influences present in Florence and other European regions. Individualism, anthropocentrism and humanism are considered pillars of the movement in question, corroborating the valorization of the bourgeoisie as a social class, which in turn also drove and financed the Renaissance movement.
