In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, virtual reality and digital image technology play a more and more important role in the landscape design process. In this paper, the author makes An improved method for Landscape architecture design and environmental planning based on 3D image simulation. Visualization technology enables landscape design to achieve real-time, three-dimensional space expression, and provide a convenient control interface, so that designers can intuitively feel the design program. Overall, 3D digital technology can improve the scientific and accurate landscape design, and provide more realistic landscape design experience. It is the development direction of landscape architecture design practice and teaching.
