Today, with the rapid development of China's economy, leadership is an important factor in promoting the progress of enterprises. And leadership traits accompanied by the complexity of gender differences further affect organizational climate and business performance. In the traditional concept, men are more inclined to be leaders because they have some stereotyped leadership traits that people think leaders should have, but with the advance of modernization in open innovation, this stereotyped impression has gradually changed. Many modern scholars with open and innovative thinking believe that the characteristics of masculinity are no longer applicable to the contemporary market and working environment, but feminization and neutralization are more welcomed by most employees. The purpose of this survey is to clarify the performance of leadership traits reflected in gender differences among personnel in the Internet promotion service industry in Guangdong Province, China. This includes comparing the leadership traits of the physiological and psychological gender self-assessment of all participants (leaders and non-leaders) and all leaders. Here, Independent-Samples T-Test and One-Way ANOVA in SPSS are implemented in data analysis. The results show that about 1/3 of the 34 leadership traits were significantly different in physiological gender, but few traits were significantly different in psychological gender.

In recent years, Hungary has seen a dramatic increase in the number of international students, particularly since the government launched a scholarship program to encourage more talented overseas students to study at Hungarian universities. The mobilities of these students have notably increased their participation in part-time jobs or internships in the host country. These work experiences could broaden the perspectives of international students regarding the organizational operation modes in the host country’s firms; moreover, they may impact their ability to interculturally adjust to the host country’s culture, clarifying their intentions to stay or not. This article attempts to find out how perceived organizational support (POS) affects international students’ plans to stay and work abroad (IS), as well as what roles conflict management climate (CMC) and intercultural adjustment (IA) play in this relationship. A linear snowball sampling method was used to collect the data. The study’s sample was taken from international students in Hungary with part-time jobs or internships. A self-administrated questionnaire was distributed to the participants through online channels. The PLS-SEM method was used to empirically test the proposed hypothesis. Later, a total of 433 valid answers were used for the analysis. The results reveal that POS positively and significantly affects CMC and IA but has no significant effect on IS. Moreover, IA is the only factor that has a direct impact on IS and it shows a significant mediating impact on the relationship between POS and IS. The findings contribute to the success of Hungarian organizations in retaining talented young (or soon-to-graduate) employees in their companies by encouraging their intentions to stay in the country.

With the fact that studying abroad has gradually become the priority choice for students to pursue higher education, the number of international students is undergoing dramatic growth. However, little is known about the entrepreneurship of this growing group. Moreover, a considerable number of researchers propose that entrepreneurial self-efficacy is one of the critical factors that influence individuals to make entrepreneurial decisions in the entrepreneurial domain. Therefore, this paper takes a group of international students as its research object to explore the impact of the four capability dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention (EI) and its relationship with demographic characteristics in the Hungarian context. The four capability dimensions tested in this study include operation and management capacity (OMC), relationship coordination capacity (RCC), risk tolerance capacity (RTC), and innovative and opportunity identification capacity (IOIC). To test the hypothesis in this paper, the hierarchical regression and independent samples t-test are used. The results show that OMC, RTC, and IOIC have a significant impact on the EI of international students, but RCC has not been confirmed. Additionally, the demographic characteristics of international students are associated with their EI in the context of Hungary. This finding contributes to adopting more effective and comprehensive entrepreneurial practices for relevant institutions. With the global development of the regional mobility of education, Hungary has gradually become a priority country for overseas students to pursue tertiary education. Meanwhile, the experience of studying abroad can prepare international students to engage in international business and new entrepreneurial activities around the world. In this context, the research on the change of entrepreneurial intention brought about by studying abroad in Hungary deserves great concern and exploration. Given that, this paper contributes to finding out whether the entrepreneurial intention (EI) of international students has changed after coming to Hungary and what environmental factors would bring about changes in entrepreneurial intention before (EI-before) and after (EI-after) coming to Hungary. Here, the environmental factors tested include multiple network construction (MNC), overseas entrepreneurial perception (OEP) and multicultural cognition (MC). Additionally, an Exploratory Factor Analysis, Paired Samples t-Test and Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis were conducted to process data. The output reveals that after coming to study in Hungary, the entrepreneurial intention (EI-after) of international students has indeed been improved, whilst OEP and MC make a significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention to a similar degree under the control of demographic variables and EI-before.

With the economic globalization, the development of Chinese enterprises and employees' demand for leadership performance of leaders is constantly changing. And the leadership of female leaders or female characteristics has been gradually proved to be more in line with the future development of the enterprise. Due to the continuous growth of the number of female leaders and the continuous recognition of their leadership abilities, it is also important to study the leadership traits of female leaders or the changes in leadership traits brought about by the changes in their personal attributes. The research object of this paper is the female leaders of the Internet promotion service industry in Guangdong Province, China. Independent-Samples T-Test and One-Way ANOVA in the SPSS software are used to analyze whether the personal attributes of female leaders have an impact on the performance of leadership traits, and which traits are affected. The results show that 4 of the 8 personal attributes studied in this paper have an impact on the performance of leadership traits, and 14 of the 34 leadership traits studied are affected by different personal attributes of female leaders. This research can provide a reference for organizations to formulate relevant policies, optimize the structure of managemnet and give female leaders the opportunity to fully demonstrate their strengths. In addition, female staff should be treated more fairly in human resources recruitment and promotion. The behavior of organizations to reduce gender bias can promote women‘s better career development.

Abstract. In recent decades, more and more international students, including paid and scholarship-funded students coming to study in Hungary, most of them are studying in higher education institutions. The experience of studying abroad has not only broadened foreign students' horizons, but also increased their entrepreneurial awareness to a certain extent, especially increased the number of foreign companies or businesses set up by foreign students to trade and cooperate with the host country. In this sense, they are moving forward to entrepreneurship. At the same time, entrepreneurial and sustainable education in universities also play a very important role in the development of international students' awareness. After graduation, some international students choose to stay and work in Hungary, while others choose to return to their home countries or work in other countries. The present study was conducted to understand whether overseas experience has sustainable influences on career development and employment choice of foreign students, testing whether their employment intentions have changed after studying in Hungary. Furthermore, whether international students' attributes have relationships with their employment intentions. In addition, it is necessary to explore the main reasons for choosing different employment intentions. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Paired Sample T-test and Crosstabulation were used in SPSS. The overall results show that the experience of studying abroad does have a sustainable impact on the employment intention of foreign students, but due to the different attributes of foreign students, the reasons, effects and degrees of the influence are different. ... Research has shown that self-efficacy is a strong predictor of entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors, particularly in high-stakes and uncertain environments such as international markets (Barbosa et al., 2007;Chen et al., 1998;Newman et al., 2019). Entrepreneurs with high self-efficacy are more likely to perceive internationalization as an achievable and rewarding goal, rather than as an overwhelming challenge (Wilson et al., 2007;Wu et al., 2022). For instance, (Zahra, 2005b) found that entrepreneurs with higher selfefficacy were more inclined to pursue international markets, as they felt confident in their ability to navigate unfamiliar environments and overcome obstacles associated with foreign expansion. ...
