This article aims to find, analyze and demonstrate the importance of teaching trades in the career of Architecture and those related to design. It is proposed as a comprehensive development path to promote practical specialization and favor job opportunities for professionals; Furthermore, it seeks to maintain and diversify the demand for trades in today’s society. The approach of the problem, through the correlational research methodology, is determined by the lack of employability of students who graduated from the Architecture and related careers in recent years caused by globalization and technological advance, encourages an educational model that leaves basic services for society are neglected and unemployment increases among people qualified for a service. A training complementation would allow the professional to acquire practical learning, not only expanding their rationalization when solving problems, but also polishing their transdisciplinary repertoire of skills around their area of knowledge.
