... En este contexto, no resulta extraño que la imposición de la política de repoblación forestal diera lugar a una importante conflictividad (Rico, 2000). Autores como O'Flanagan (1997) -participando del marco teórico propuesto por Scott (1985) 7 de las "armas del débil"-o Seijo (2009) han relacionado dicha conflictividad con la provocación, como forma de protesta, de incendios forestales.
