In the last years, both flexibility and efficiency of the warp knitting machines have increased by constant advancements and modifications. Today's warp knitting machines work in the processing of elastic yarns with speeds of up to 3,500 rpm. With the use of classical filament yarns these high numbers of revolutions must be partially substantially reduced depending on the elastic warp thread strain and the fabric structure. By the high stitch forming frequencies, new technological conditions arise which require constructional and technological adjustments. The basis of the technological adjustments is a comprehensive analysis of the technological parameters and their relationship.
