Rapid developments in science and technology have had a significant impact on all aspects of people's lives, especially in business. E-commerce has become a popular choice among internet users in Indonesia, including MSMEs. However, conventional sales of songket products still limit product reach and competitiveness. In addition, the sales process generally provides customer service in charge of interacting and serving customer inquiries that can be contacted via telephone number. However, it is considered less effective because the seller has difficulty when responding to various questions from customers, so customers have to wait to get answers regarding the information needed. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a chatbot for songket sales applications using the naive bayes algorithm in classifying the types of customer questions, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of interactions between sellers and customers, and expand the market reach of songket products. This chatbot is designed to simulate interactive conversations and provide sales information to customers quickly and efficiently. The naive bayes algorithm was chosen due to its ease of implementation and high accuracy in text classification. In this study, the chatbot was tested with various types of user questions with 5% of the total 50 questions as testing data. The test results show that the chatbot can classify the type of question with an accuracy of 90% and a precision value of 94%, recall 92%, and F1-Score 92%. In addition, testing of the application system as a whole shows that the application and chatbot are able to provide appropriate and efficient responses to various user questions. With this system, it is hoped that a technology-based solution can be realized that can improve the sales process and customer interaction with sellers, and increase the business potential of traditional songket craftsmen.

Implementation of Security and Monitoring System on Prototype Car based on Internet of Things (IoT)

This Internet of Things (IoT)-based car security and monitoring system is implemented on a prototype car with a security system in the form of face identification, Global Positioning System (GPS), and Gas Sensor. The purpose of this research is to improve the security and safety of motorized vehicles, especially cars. This IoT-based car security system uses the prototype method, which is a system development technique that uses a prototype to describe the system so that users have a clear picture of the system to be built. From the results of testing face identification, gas sensors, and GPS show that the system can work according to the expected design. Based on the overall test results this system works quite well to improve vehicle security. therefore, this car security and monitoring system has a positive effect on making vehicle owners feel safe.

Pemantauan posisi alat transportasi merupakan hal penting dalam dunia transportasi, salah satunya pada kapal laut. Hal ini dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui posisi kapal secara akurat ketika terjadinya kemungkinan resiko kecelakaan. Teknologi Global Potisioning System (GPS) merupakan sistem satelit navigasi dan sistem penentuan posisi geografis dengan menggunakan satelit melalui 24 satelit yang mengirimkan sinyal gelombang mikro ke Bumi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan modul GPS NEO-6M yang berfungsi sebagai penerima GPS (Global Positioning System Receiver) untuk mendeteksi lokasi dengan menangkap dan memproses sinyal dari satelit navigasi. Lokasi yang menjadi target pengujian yaitu di Sungai Musi tepatnya di Lokasi 1 daerah Musi 6 dan Lokasi 2 di daerah Benteng Kuto Besak (BKB). Berdasarkan lokasi 1 di daerah Musi 6 didapatkan Latitude sebesar -3.005045 dan Longitude sebesar 104.751624. Selanjutnya untuk pengujian kapal di lokasi 2 daerah BKB, didapatkan hasil Latitude sebesar -2.992315 dan Longitude sebesar 104.760456. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perancangan ini mampu menampilkan data informasi dari kapal berupa Maps pada aplikasi Blynk dan notifikasi akan muncul ketika tombol SOS ditekan. Sehingga dapat membantu proses evakuasi ketika terjadi kecelakaan atau hal darurat yang terjadi di kapal secara tepat dan tepat. Serta dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan rasa nyaman bagi keselamatan penumpang kapal selama menggunakan transportasi air.

Designing a Remote Smart Home Monitor Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller as a wifi network provider and also utilizing Firebase Technology as a data storage medium. This remote smart home monitor with the Internet of Things concept is safe because only people who have certain access can control home appliances such as turning on lights, fans, opening doors, filling water in the bath, preventing theft, in Remote Smart Home Monitors also uses CCTV cameras that utilize special applications, with the selection of these communication technologies efficiently and also saving power in controlling and monitoring from smart home remotely via smartphones. Test results control data can function properly when the switch control is activated then the lights, fans, doors will automatically turn on. Test results PIR sensor can detect movement or when the door is open and the buzzer will sound sending information on the android application. Test results, the ultrasonic sensor can work when the sensor reads the water distance >15 cm then the pump will work to fill the water and when the sensor distance reads the distance <2 cm then the pump will stop to fill the water.

Academic dishonesty persists among students. The goal of this study was to determine the impact of information technology and academic integrity on student academic dishonesty. The subjects of this study were Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students. This study collects data through a questionnaire survey. The sample size was 104 people. Convenience sampling was used as a sampling technique. SPSS 22 is used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, the use of information technology and academic integrity both affect academic dishonesty in some way. Academic dishonesty is influenced by 71.5 percent of the variables of information technology use and academic integrity, while 28.5 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
