Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam upaya untuk peningkatan kemampuan menggunakan Information Technology (IT) khususnya pada program office, selancar internet, dan identifikasi menggunakan Quick Response Code (QR Code) kepada guru. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar, khususnya dalam penggunaan Information Technology oleh guru sehingga murid menjadi bertambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan khususnya bidang Information technology yaitu pada identifikasi dengan menggunakan QR Code. Metode yang dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pada pemahaman bidang IT khususnya di program office, selancar internet, dan identifikasi menggunakan QR Code. Dari tidak tahu, pernah mendengar. Menjadi mengerti dan dapat menggunakan.

Pendidikan yang bagus merupakan pilar utama untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. Pendidikan merupakan investasi modal insani untuk melanjutkan pembangunan pada masa hadapan. Guru memegang posisi dan peranan penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Oleh karenanya, kinerja guru menjadi fokus yang harus dikembangkan. Banyak aspek yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, diantaranya kompetensi pedagogik dan budaya kerja. Dalam penelitian ini ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru baik parsial maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert, terhadap 42 orang guru. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik dan budaya kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Beranjak dari kondisi tersebut, penulis menyarankan: (a) Aspek yang perlu lebih diperhatikan adalah pertama perencanaan harus dapat mengejawantahkan silabus yang merupakan turunan dari kurikulum. Kedua, dalam merencanakan pembelajaran perlu mengantisipasi permasalahan yang mungkin muncul di kemudian hari. Oleh karenanya aspek-aspek yang kemungkinan muncul perlu diinventarisir agar disiapkan perangkatnya pada perencanaan. (b) Nilai yang paling rendah diberikan dari responden pada dimensi kerjasama. Oleh karena itu beranjak dari kondisi tersebut penulis menghimbau agar kepala sekolah (pimpinan TKQ) sebaiknya lebih intens untuk mendorong dan mengondisikan agar semua guru dapat lebih giat bekerjasama saling membantu dalam melaksanakan tugasnya terutama dalam melaksanakan program kegiatan.

SMK Karya Abadi, sebuah sekolah kejuruan swasta di Sukatali, Sumedang, menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen pendidikan, khususnya terkait dengan kepekaan sosial dalam kepemimpinan. Dengan 11 guru, penyelesaian masalah ini memerlukan solusi yang menyeluruh. Workshop yang diusulkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepekaan sosial kepala sekolah dan guru, sejalan dengan dinamika pendidikan empiris. Pendekatan integral, yang menggabungkan ceramah, pelatihan, dan evaluasi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan. Dijadwalkan pada Desember 2023, workshop ini bertujuan memberikan dampak positif pada kualitas kepemimpinan di SMKS Karya Abadi, berkontribusi pada lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih responsif. Dalam mengatasi tantangan unik sekolah, inisiatif ini bertujuan menciptakan suasana kerjasama dan dukungan yang kondusif untuk kepemimpinan efektif dan peningkatan hasil pendidikan

JURNAL INOVASI DAN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN

Education is essential in enhancing life quality. It fosters societal benefits and prosperity. The necessity of education extends its significance to individuals, societies, and even nations. Multiple elements contribute to enhancing education quality, encompassing teacher professionalism and school culture. Hence, this study assesses the impact of teacher professionalism and school culture on education quality, individually and collectively. The research utilizes a descriptive and verificative methodology, employing Likert scale questionnaires to gather data from 59 teachers. Regression analysis techniques process the data, and significance is assessed via F-tests. The findings indicate: (1) Teacher professionalism significantly and positively affects education quality; (2) School culture similarly exerts a positive and significant influence; (3) Simultaneously, teacher professionalism and school culture significantly enhance education quality. In light of these outcomes, the author proposes (1) Enhancing teacher professionalism through self-growth, academic participation, and adherence to ethical standards, further enriched by engaging in educational activities and community collaborations facilitated by school committees. (2) For improved education quality, emphasize the underrepresented dimension of norms within school culture, integrate various educational norms into school life and social interactions, and foster alignment with internal school policies and government regulations

The Effect of Infrastructure Management and Tutor Recruitment on The Quality of Community Learning Activities Center (CLAC) Graduates

This study aims to determine how much influence infrastructure management and tutor recruitment partially or jointly have on the quality of graduates in CLAC. The research was conducted using a descriptive correlational method with a quantitative approach. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who were the samples in this study. The results of this study reveal that it can be concluded that: 1) There is a significant influence of infrastructure management on the quality of graduates in CLAC. 2) There is a significant effect of tutor recruitment on the quality of graduates in CLAC. 3) There is a significant influence of infrastructure management and tutor recruitment on the quality of graduates in CLAC. The magnitude of infrastructure management and tutor recruitment influences the quality of graduates in CLAC; this study strengthens and proves or is in line with several experts and researchers. Previous writers stated that the quality of graduates was heavily influenced by infrastructure management.

Abstrak-Guru merupakan penentu keberhasilan pendidikan melalui kinerjanya pada tataran institusional dan eksperiensial, sehingga upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan harus dimulai dari aspek guru yang didukung oleh tenaga kependidikan lainnya. Karena proses pembelajaran bisa berjalan lancar jika dikelola oleh guru profesional dengan kinerja yang bagus. Banyak factor yang dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja guru, antara lain supervisi akademik oleh pengawas dan kemampuan manajerial kepala madrasah. Oleh karena ityu focus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan kemampuan majerial kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru baik parsial maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert, terhadap 51 orang guru. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru madrasah. (2) Kemampuan manajerial kepala madrasah berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru madrasah. (3) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas dan kemampuan manajerial kepala madrasah secara bersama-sama berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru madrasah.

Teacher performance is a critical factor in obtaining the desired level of educational quality, meaning meeting national requirements. Various factors, such as the climate and job motivation, have an impact on teacher performance. As a result, the primary goal of this research is to identify and investigate the effects of climate and job motivation on teacher performance. The descriptive method with a quantitative approach was employed in this study. The research sample was determined proportionately random sampling of 155 respondents from a population of 262. Questionnaires, interview techniques, observation, and documentation are all used to collect data. The regression and correlation analysis approaches were used in the data analysis. The findings of this study show that: (1) Workplace atmosphere has a favorable and significant impact on teacher performance; (2) Work motivation has a favorable impact on teacher performance; (3) Both the work climate and job motivation have a good and considerable impact on teacher performance. Based on these circumstances, the authors propose that: (1) Work atmosphere and motivation have an impact on teacher performance, according to research findings. Meanwhile, teacher performance, particularly in terms of planning and implementing learning, remains a source of worry. As a result, the principle should assist teachers on how to create a proper learning implementation plan and conduct supervision so that learning is better implemented; (2) To improve teacher performance through improving the work environment, clear regulations and more support for a smooth learning process should be prioritized. Meanwhile, to improve teacher performance through work motivation, an emphasis on negative motivation should be implemented, with appropriate rewards and punishments.

To collect the data, each uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Research on physics learning management has not been done much, especially regarding PCK and learning outcomes. Many studies that investigate the relationship between variables use the regression method. However, this study using path analysis. The purpose of this study was to measure the direct effect, indirect effect, and total effect of PCK, learning motivation, and student physics learning outcomes using path analysis. The research method used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach and data analysis techniques, namely path analysis. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire. This study's sample was 43 teachers who gathered from 64 high school physics teachers in Indramayu Regency. The PCK learning management research results had no significant effect on student learning outcomes. Learning motivation had a positive effect, and learning motivation had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The implication of this study that the principal and the education office should continue to strive to improve the quality and smoothness of the teaching and learning process by providing provision to teachers to improve pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) learning management by participating in workshops and continuously improving techniques to motivate students for results student learning better.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi korelasi antara sertifikasi guru, motivasi kerja guru, dan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis desskriptif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah guru bersertifikasi pada sekolah dasar negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat korelasi signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kinerja guru. (2) terdapat korelasi signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru. (3) terdapat korelasi signifikan sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru.
