Aims: This study aims to implement the Design Thinking methodology in the development of the BEM Faculty of MIPA, Udayana University’s company profile website. The primary objective is to enhance user experience by addressing usability issues and improving accessibility, navigation, and overall functionality. Study Design: This research adopts a user-centered design approach, utilizing the Design Thinking framework, which consists of five phases: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Place and Duration of Study: This study was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, over a period of five months. Methodology: The research study adopts a case study design and employs mixed methods, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research began with a quantitative preliminary usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS), where the existing website received a score of 51.75 (ranked F), indicating significant usability issues. In the next phase, qualitative data was gathered through surveys, interviews, and literature studies to identify user pain points, particularly related to website navigation, design, and content accessibility. The insights from these qualitative methods informed the redesign of the website. Using the principles of Design Thinking, the website was restructured with an emphasis on an intuitive interface, improved information hierarchy, and enhanced interactivity. Finally, the redesigned website prototype was subjected to usability testing to evaluate improvements and gather both qualitative and quantitative feedback. Results: The implementation of Design Thinking resulted in significant improvements in user satisfaction and website efficiency. The SUS score rose from 51.75 to 88.96, indicating a major increase in usability. Efficiency tests showed a 28.36% improvement, with users requiring fewer clicks to complete tasks. These results highlight the new website's enhanced intuitiveness, aesthetics, and alignment with user expectations. Conclusion: The application of Design Thinking in website development successfully improved the usability and functionality of the BEM Faculty of MIPA company profile website. By adopting a user-centered approach, the redesigned website effectively addresses user needs, enhances accessibility, and provides a better overall experience. Future research may explore further refinements and the integration of advanced features to maintain long-term user engagement.

This research aims to develop a spoofing detection system using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with texture feature extraction of Local Binary Patterns (LBP) and Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). The system is intended to address the challenge of student attendance by integrating face recognition technology into attendance management. Spoofing, which is an attempt to counterfeit faces, poses a challenge in face-based security systems. Therefore, the system focuses on spoofing detection by comparing texture patterns between real and fake faces. The model is able to identify face spoofing attempts with an accuracy rate of 94% after tuning the C and gamma parameters. Furthermore, the anti-spoofing attendance system is tested through black box testing and provides results that meet expectations. The system is able to start classes, record student attendance, and generate valid attendance reports. The entire system functions have been thoroughly tested and achieve a 95% accuracy rate in spoofing detection.

Mathematics is a very important science because it is related to human life. Therefore, mastery of mathematics is absolutely necessary and mathematical concepts must be understood correctly. In Indonesia, students' ability to understand mathematics is still relatively low. From this, understanding of mathematical concepts needs to be improved again so that students clearly understand mathematical concepts. In order to improve understanding of mathematical concepts, various efforts were made. One of the efforts carried out by the author is a semantic web-based learning media system using concept maps in basic mathematical ontologies. This system will use ontology to build a system that will represent a mathematical concept as a domain of knowledge explicitly about other concepts related to previous concepts by giving meaning, properties, and relations so as to form a knowledge base. In this research, the writer uses methodological method to build the basic mathematical ontology and the system development will be done by prototyping method. The system built has 2 features, namely exploration and semantic search, with the aim that the existing knowledge in the system can be accessed systematically and according to user needs. To ensure that the system built can run as expected, system testing with black box testing has shown which features in the program run according to their functions and ontology evaluation using OntoQA on Schema Metrics carried out by measuring Relationship Richness (RR), Attribute Richness (AR), and Inheritance Richness (IR). In the evaluation of this ontology, it shows that the Relationship Richness (RR) value is 0.06; Attribute Richness (AR) value is 0.5; and the value of Inheritance Richness (IR) is 14.5.

Liver disease is a disease that attacks the liver or liver where this disease is caused by viral infections, toxic materials and bacteria, causing inflammation of the liver and causing the liver to not function properly. Therefore, the author will conduct research to make a Liver Disease Classification program. This research will use Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) methods. Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor is a classification method that combines fuzzy and k-nearest neighbor algorithms. Particle Swarm Optimization is a simple optimization technique to apply and modify several parameters. This research will implement the application design to the lines of web-based program code using the Python language and the Django framework. The practice of using the internet in everyday life makes online learning more flexible than face-to-face learning. The online learning process is implemented through e-learning websites at various universities. The e-learning website used in online learning is still minimal attention in evaluating and does not apply elements of user experience and usability in it. We can find out whether a user is satisfied by testing the e-learning website to get feedback from the user. The research was conducted using a user-centered design (UCD) method which focuses on solving problems experienced by a user. Questionnaires will be distributed to users who need a new way of learning through Google Forms to get information about the actual problems experienced by users. This study found that the LearningKu website satisfies users with an average heuristic evaluation score of 1.04 or a scale of 1 included in the cosmetic problem category, which means that the problem does not need to be fixed unless there is time left in project work.

Al-Quran is the holy book of Muslims which consists of 30 chapters, 114 surahs, and 6236 verses. Each juz in the Quran can contain one or more surah and each surah consists of a different number of verses. Seeing the many contents of the knowledge of the Quran, then this can help someone to find and determine the theme of the surah to be read manually. In this study, the authors build a system that is expected to facilitate one's work in searching for the contents of the Al-Quran by using ontology as the backbone of the system, Methonology as a method for building an ontology model, and Prototyping as a system development method.

The closest route optimization problem is a classic problem that is still often found in everyday life, one of them is the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). This study aims to find solutions in the form of optimal distances to various tourist destinations in Banyuwangi. In this study, the author uses the Python programming language as the backend and the Kotlin programming language as the frontend of the Android application as part of Modern Android Development. The results of the system evaluation, namely Black Box and User Acceptance Test on the application, show that the system that has been carried out can be concluded that the functional system can work well without experiencing bugs or problems on every available feature and page. In designing the application, the author uses the Modern Android Development pattern.

Text summarization or automatic text summarization can make readers receive information quickly without having to read the entire news text, so readers can get more time in reading other news texts. Making text summarization can use two techniques, namely, extractive and abstractive techniques. Abstractive techniques have the aim of producing summary sentences with concepts as humans take the essence of a document that is read. In this study, the author builds an abstractive summarization model using the Dual Encoding method consisting of GRU. The evaluation was carried out using K- Fold Cross Validation, the number of folds used was 5. By using K-Fold Cross Validation, the ROUGE- 1, ROUGE-2, and ROUGE-L values were 0.2127749, 0.119851, dan 0.1880595, respectively. For testing when using new data ROUGE-1, ROUGE-2, and ROUGE-L values were 0.3387776, 0.2395176, dan 0.3077376, respectively.
