Bali is a popular tourist destination in the world, and the main entry point for foreign tourists to Indonesia. Bali is also an area in Indonesia that is famous for producing woven fabrics, which have various characteristics in each region. Gringsing weaving is one of the traditional Balinese fabrics from Tenganan Village which is considered sacred and its manufacture takes quite a long time, and is carried out with special techniques that are very difficult. This study aims to analyze and map factors related to the sustainability of the Gringsing weaving cultural industry, using the Bayesian Network approach. The results of the FGD with related stakeholders mapped the structure that forms Gringsing industrial sustainability, such as income, social capital, incentives, natural capital, custom law, and traditional institutions. Further analysis was carried out using the Bayesian Network technique and GeNIe tools. In forming the structure of thinking about the sustainability of the Gringsing Weaving industry, the related factors include culture, traditional institutions, natural capital, social capital, to economic factors, such as income and special incentives from the government. Specifically, the role of traditional institutions and government (through special incentives) was analyzed, and it was found that both factors can increase the probability of the sustainability of the gringsing weaving industry. The results of the sensitivity analysis also show that the sustainability of the Gringsing weaving industry is highly influenced (sensitive) to the increasing role of traditional institutions.

The Simantri program is a long-term regional initiative aimed at the welfare of Bali's farmers as well as self-sufficiency in food, feed, organic fertilizer, energy, and biogas. This study aims to determine the probability scenario and the scenario's sensitivity driving the Simantri program's sustainability. This study was conducted within the Tabanan Regency. The data for this purpose were gathered through interviews with Simantri farmers and 115 respondents as assistants using a structured questionnaire and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with 19 funding experts or stakeholder groups. The SMIC-Prob Expert model analyzed data from the FGD results compared to or considered alongside the questionnaire results. The results of the analysis indicate that scenario combination "1101" (cattle, economic side, and commercial) has the highest probability, with a probability of 0.138. According to the elasticity-based sensitivity analysis, the cattle and commercial scenario is the "primary mover" or primary driver of the system. With cattle elasticity of 1.677 and a commercial elasticity of 1.344, the Simantri program's sustainability largely depends on these two scenarios. Sustainability recommendations for the Simantri program is "prime over”.

p> The current development of the agricultural sector requires the involvement of stakeholders from various circles. The role of stakeholders is adjusted to the duties and responsibilities they have so that the results achieved can run optimally. This study aims to identify the typology of actors based on the strengths and relationships between actors and the attitudes of actors towards the sustainability goals of the Simantri program. Data collection methods in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Data analysis used the Mactor method (Matrix of Alliances and Conflicts Tactics, Objectives, and Recommendations). The results showed that the Bali Provincial Agriculture Office and Tabanan Regency Agriculture Office were the dominant actors. Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP), Farmer's Cooperatives, Financial Institutions, PKK, and fertilizer collectors are relay actors, and Hotels/Restaurants are dominated, actors. Most of the stakeholders converge in supporting the strategic goals to be achieved. This finding becomes the basis for developing a pattern of collaboration between all stakeholders that is needed for the sustainability of the Simantri program. </p

... Further, MACTOR analysis revealed actor's competitiveness map describing the intensity of the actor's power of in uence over other actors as determined by direct in uence, direct dependence, indirect in uence, and indirect dependence. The competitiveness map can indicate the actors' willingness to use their power to control other actors (Elmsalmi and Hachicha, 2014;Dewani et al., 2023). The ve actors with the highest consecutive competitiveness are marine protected area activists, RT/RW o cials, local travel agents, tourism associations, and external travel agents (Fig. 6). ...
