The object of the given study was to show informative value of pelvic sonography and MRI in preoperative diagnostics of ovarian endometriosis. For this purpose 105 patients were evaluated with transabdominal (TAS) and transvaginal sonography (TVS), and 54 of them underwent MRI. The result of both methods were compared with the outcome of the subsequent surgery. It was revealed that MRI is more informative than ultrasound particularly in cases of small ovarian masses (less than 35 mm). Thus, it is recommended to expand preoperative examination in cases when endometriosis is suspected to MRI.

The goal of the research was to know fungicide influence of different fractions of 20° Naftalan Oil flowed in 220°-420° intervals on Candida albicans both separately and together composition with essential oil of caraway. The research was conducted according to test-object method. Mixture of essential oil in 1:0,04 ml; 1:0,06 ml; 1:0,08 ml ratios with fractions of white Naftalan Oil was researched in order to know fungicide activity of compositions. It was found out that fungicide activity of I, II, III fractions of Naftalan Oil were higher than other fractions. Mixture of white Naftalan Oil fractions with essential oil composition of caraway in 1:0,06 ml ratio begins to be biological active after 2 hours. Compositions in 1:0,08-0,1 ratios begin to kill Candida albicans after an hour. The researches show that fungicide influence of compositions is higher than white Naftalan Oil.
