... Recently, the linked-mode PAR AFAC-PCA (LMPCA) model was proposed to analyse such coupled data ). The LMPCA model is a global model in which a three-way array is decomposed according to Parafac (Carroll & Chang, 1970;Harshman, 1970;Hitchcock, 1927) and a two-way matrix with PCA (Hotelling, 1933;Jolliffe, 2002;Pearson, 1901), and the components for the common mode are constrained to be equal for both data blocks.
