Background: The strengthening of health behavior intentions in disaster mitigation poses an urgent challenge to be addressed. There is a need to enhance health behavior preparedness in facing disaster threats, considering that the city of Palu is located in an earthquake-prone zone and has a history of being affected by earthquakes. This research aims to study health behavior and mental health in relation to disaster vulnerability, based on a case study of Huntap in the Tondo area, Palu City, Central Sulawesi, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. Method: The type of research used is a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory model. Data collection utilizes questionnaires and observation sheets, supplemented by interview methods in the qualitative approach. Result: This study shows that the chi-square test results indicate a significant relationship between attitude, subjective norms, behavioral control, and mental health (<0.05) with health behavior. Meanwhile, in-depth interviews revealed barriers to health behavior, such as respondents' attitudes towards preparedness efforts and inadequate access to information and health workers. There is a pressing need for mental health interventions to improve preparedness. Moreover, there is a need for mental health interventions to improve mental health in promoting disaster preparedness efforts. Conclusion: This study concludes that mental health related to disaster vulnerability among the Huntap Tondo community is still lacking, which will impact disaster preparedness. Mental health interventions are essential to enhance preparedness and reduce disaster-related losses. Therefore, mental health interventions are needed to enhance preparedness for disasters and take action to reduce disaster losses and damage.

Private higher education in Indonesia faces challenges in improving educational quality to meet global demands. The policy of Academic Revitalization based on Information Technology (IT) emerges as a crucial strategy in addressing quality management changes. This research explores the implementation of this policy to enhance educational quality in private higher education institutions in Indonesia using seven variables. The research methodology involves a literature review and policy documentation analysis using Smart PLS. The research findings indicate that two variables were rejected due to being below the acceptance threshold. Five variables were accepted: Technology Alignment (3.258), Higher Education Quality Management (3.278), Moderating Effect 1 and 2 (both above 2.00), and the last variable, Revitalization of Academic Policies (2.614). However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, training needs, and appropriate policies remain significant issues to be addressed. In conclusion, the policy of Academic Revitalization based on IT provides a strong foundation for quality management changes in private higher education institutions in Indonesia. However, sustained commitment and significant investment are required to achieve optimal results.

span lang="EN-US">Service on site is one of the after-sales services for Hino Truck vehicles. The Service on Site contract program provides customer vehicle service services at the customer's location or site by placing a mechanic at the customer's location. In its implementation, several obstacles were encountered, such as the vehicle service history was not recorded, there were no service reports so the customer did not know the vehicle's performance. So this research develops the design of the Hino Service on Site Information System using observational research methods, literature review, and documentation. To build the system, Use Case diagrams were designed and then measured using Use Case Points (UCP) to assist management in expanding the Servicee on Site Information System. UCP will assist management when making decisions regarding system development in terms of time, human resources and finances. Software measurement using UCP in the Service on Site Information System at Hino Dealers PT. Persada Lampung Raya has a Use Case Point (UCP) score of 38.448 and is categorized as a small software size project, which is smaller than 99. With the proposed design of this system, it can simplify and speed up the on site service administration process and can provide information in the form of vehicle performance reports to customers so that they can improve service on site program</span

This research aims to determine bullying behavior among Generation Z youth at the DP3A Children's Forum in Palu City. This research used qualitative research methods with a case study design. There were 10 informants in the research using purposive sampling techniques. Data management using matrix techniques. The results of research on the behavioral belief variable were that the perpetrator understands the dangers of bullying quite well, but bullying behavior was still carried out. Regarding the evaluation variable or behavioral impact, most did not know and did not feel the impact of bullying. In the behavioral motivation variable, the perpetrators were motivated to bully because it was fun for them and had thought about stopping bullying because they had received warnings and advice from those closest to them. It is suggested that the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (in Indonesia known as DP3A) of Palu City should find out about providing maximum education and guidance to the parents of the perpetrators so that bullying behavior by those who become administrators or new members in the Palu City Nosarara children's forum does not occur. Parents should pay attention and always ask about the activities they are carrying out and understand their children's feelings so that they trust them and do not hesitate to talk about their children's problems

Thus, to campaign for ecological hygiene solutions by applying information technology in the form of a Garbage Bank, which can help deal with domestic waste, especially plastic waste. The Waste bank application is built using the CodeIgniter framework, which has the concept of Model, View, Controller (MVC), which has functions such as a model for the database framework, views of the system view and controllers as actions for executing user commands. The system was also developed using the extreme programming method with the advantage of being fast in development, simple and object-oriented. The resulting system has conducted a feasibility test to conclude that it is following its function. This research resulted in a system of three parts: the admin section, which can manage data on partners, customers, pick-ups to withdraw funds and reports. The partner section manages customer data, waste, pick-up and reports, and the customer section registers, views the history of saving waste, withdraws funds, and views types of waste and partners entirely done online.

BACKGROUND: The resolution of the problem of HIV and AIDS seems to be deadlocked both at the national and local government levels, actors related to the issue of HIV and AIDS prevention seem powerless to dispel the trend of increasing HIV and AIDS infections. The purpose of this research is to become a reference in various HIV and AIDS prevention efforts METHOD: This type of research is qualitative research. The informants in this study were 25 people who were selected based on the criteria in accordance with the initial design of the study. These informants are key actors representing members of the City Health Office, Palu City Rutan Class II, Palu City AIDS Commission (KPA Palu City), Central Sulawesi Provincial AIDS Commission (KPA Prov. Central Sulawesi), Risk Groups (Housewives), Prisoners, Youth, Health Cadres). The sampling technique uses grounded research techniques that seek to explore in depth the phenomenon of the discourse on HIV and AIDS prevention. RESULTS: The result of the research is that the construction of discourse on HIV and AIDS prevention operates in the form of production and organization of discourse controlled by the media through the dissemination of knowledge that has been legitimized by the power elite. Knowledge of HIV and AIDS originating from actors is produced and reproduced in the form of discourse by the media so that it is transformed into a dominant discourse. Conflictual discourses on HIV and AIDS tend to be parallel to the discourses held by actors because the configuration of conflict discourse is built on the basis of public morality. CONCLUSION: The local government, especially the City of Palu, makes a basic scheme and roadmap in preventing HIV and AIDS transmission by building wider synergy and collaboration. Public health degree.
