The internet is an open global communications network that connects thousands of networks throughout the world. Internet use can now be accessed by all ages, from children, teenagers to adults. As a result, children use the internet more often at home than playing outside the home. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of excessive use of internet technology on the cognitive development and behavior of children in the family. The research method used is literature. Through this method, the author collects various national and international journal literature to study the concepts and theories contained therein. The research results show that excessive use of the internet, especially in multitasking media activities, can affect children's cognitive development in the form of poor focus performance in carrying out their tasks and easily distracted attention. Apart from that, the use of internet technology without supervision from parents has an impact on children's freedom of internet activities, which allows children to be exposed to content that is not appropriate for their age, such as cyber bullying, violent content and others. This can cause children to behave deviantly

This research is motivated by the facts found in the field that there are still many teachers who do not master teaching skills, especially skills in carrying out a variety of learning methods, so the researcher intends to discuss teacher problems or obstacles in carrying out various methods in teaching and learning activities and what efforts teachers can make in conducted a variety of methods in elementary schools, especially grade 3. Based on the research that had been conducted by the researchers through a qualitative descriptive research method with the research subject being class III teachers at SDN A and class V teachers at SDN B in Bandung City, various teacher problems were found in carrying out variations on learning methods. These obstacles are: (1) not all students can follow the teacher's learning strategies and methods; (2) the teacher's busyness in several activities; (3) the teacher's lack of knowledge regarding the selection of appropriate methods and strategies for students; (4) as well as the lack of facilities and infrastructure in schools.

This research was motivated by enacting regulations regarding the zoning-based New Student Admission system in various schools in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the zoning system policy set by the government in PPDB on children's learning motivation and to find definite answers regarding the pros and cons that occur among the general public. In analyzing this, we use literature study as a research method, namely looking for various literature related to our research that is sourced from multiple media, both online and offline. Literature collection begins by searching for literature that discusses the zoning system and then on learning motivation in elementary schools, which includes definitions and characteristics. In searching for literature studies, prioritize the most recent year of publication. After collecting the literature, the relationship between zoning policies and the learning motivation of elementary school students. This study's results indicate a connection between the zoning policy in PPDB and the level of student motivation in elementary schools.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan cara mengelola sarana dan prasarana secara tepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur yang mencakup kajian analisis terdahulu, menganalisis sumber secara mendalam serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada berdasarkan buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 memiliki berbagai permasalahan diantaranya mengenai ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana teknologi yang belum terpenuhi serta sulitnya mengakses jaringan internet bagi sebagian peserta didik. Sehingga diperlukannya pemenuhan sarana prasarana yang mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Hal ini bersifat wajib demi terselenggaranya proses pembelajaran yang optimal. Selain itu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa dapat dilakukan dengan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana mulai dari tahap perencanaan sarana dan prasarana, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pemanfaatan, penataan, pemeliharaan, penghapusan atau inventarisasi hingga pelaporan sarana dan prasarana pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Dengan begitu akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kegiatan proses belajar mengajar sehingga terjadinya peningkatan kualitas pada pembelajaran.
