A Dutch article describing a partial skeleton of Mosasaurus hoffmanni found in the Emael Member (Maastricht Formation) of the former ENCI quarry in Maastricht (the Netherlands). The specimen includes a relatively complete skull and neck, front and hind flippers, elements of the pelvic girdle and tail sections, but was damaged considerably by several dissolution pipes. This subadult individual was scavenged by different sharks and furthermore shows healed fractures in some phalanges. Lastly, this mosasaur might be preserved with its gut contents.
