The research is aimed at unveiling and analyzing the problem of collaborative learning of the didactic unit of industrial networks in an institute in Callao. Case: Classroom, which seeks to know the problem of collaborative learning of the didactic unit of industrial networks in students using the Classroom platform. Therefore, the present case study is of a qualitative interpretive approach, with a case study design, the techniques applied were student interviews, teacher interviews and documentary analysis, whose instruments were the student interview guide, interview guide to teachers and document analysis file. The unit of analysis was made up of nine students and three teachers. The triangulation of the discourses facilitated the obtaining of the emerging categories; Consequently, the most significant emerging categories were positive interdependence, individual and team responsibility, stimulating interaction, internal team management, and team evaluation. The conclusion of the study leads us to reveal the problem of collaborative learning using the Classroom platform. Therefore, it is necessary and important to give greater impetus to the work that is being done. It is proposed to carry out the proposal in order to complement the learning through the classroom platform of the fifth year high school students in the mathematics course, achieving interaction with different technological tools to strengthen the capacities and competencies in the students eliminating barriers of space and time.

Information and communication technologies are managing to modify certain essential aspects in the lives of forgives, one of the positive impacts on the lives of people and even more so in the communities, is related to the democratization of health, bringing health For most people, it improves the quality of life, thus, the objective of this work is to be able to present a practical methodology, to be able to carry out a remote diagnosis, through the analysis of medical images, whether of any type or modality, the methodology is very practical because it does not require high value infrastructure, on the contrary it is considered as low cost, because we use computational resources that are available. The methodology allows a diagnosis by a doctor specializing in radiology, who being at a distance can help the METHODOLOGICAL PROPOSAL ON SAFETY IN THE TRANSMISSION OF MEDICAL IMAGES IN TELEHEALTH SYSTEMS PJAEE, 17 (6) (2020) 1769 diagnosis. The methodology allows the transmission of information, essential, which corresponds to the identification of the affected areas or that are considered with alterations in the image, this process consists of defining a mask for identification, the doctor who performs the diagnosis does not require sending the original image, otherwise it only requires the sending of the marking, with this you can use simple information delivery mechanisms that do not consume much resources, this is one of its strengths of the methodology. As a result, we present a simulation of the methodology, using computerized tomography images of the Brain, where foreign objects are identified in the image, we proceeded to use the methodology, where the DICOM image was converted to PNG; then we proceeded to mark the foreign objects in the image, and finally the image was obtained with all the markings, this image is sent to the health center of origin, for registration. The methodology can be replicated, used and adapted to each of the characteristics and needs of each health center.

In recent years, the need for accreditation of university colleges in universities has become a constant challenge for all universities nationwide, with the change to the new university law No. 30220 that requests institutional licensing and accreditation of professional careers, so that a quality education can be exercised, many isolated efforts have been developed and until now no general or specific guidelines have been found for defined or satisfactory results of the process and adequate follow-up of accreditation. For this reason, the present study has had an organizational sample as a reference frame and the main objective is to demonstrate whether the best practices of project management under a permanent work approach, in the areas of quality assurance and the identification of interested, will allow to establish the necessary or ideal procedure to carry out the accreditation process, in the same way, to be a reference for the process of accreditation of other professional careers in various faculties and universities, since now it is an activity that will be continuous and permanent over the years, in accordance with the new university law N ° 30220, where it is suggested that approximately after three years the need to update the curricular plan of university professional careers be seen, it is also necessary to indicate that in the course of time, there may be new technologies or procedures to be implemented that do not have the appropriate use or not used for lack of predisposition to them.

Information and communication technologies are causing a positive impact on people's lives, from communication through mobile devices, which can also be used in multiple applications, such as educational, recreation, among others. One of the areas where it is causing a greater impact is health, because of how important the use of technology is both in diagnosis and treatment, it could be said that in health systems, technology is your best ally, In the present work, a low-cost system is proposed for the management of basic and necessary clinical information, which can be a determining factor in the preservation of the LOW-COST SYSTEM FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PORTABLE BASIC CLINICAL INFORMATION, THROUGH THE USE OF RFID TECHNOLOGIES PJAEE, 17 (6) (2020) 1762 person's life. There are certain factors that can help maintain people's lives in an emergency, such as blood type, if you are allergic to a certain medication, if you have a heart problem, diabetes problems, knowing your personal information, this Information must always be available and at all times. As a result of this research, it is to present a protocol for the management of this information that everyone can carry either as an identification card or as a key ring. What can be decisive in emergency cases.

The objective of the research was to determine the impact of remote education and metacognitive strategies on the production of argumentative texts in times of pandemic in fourth-year high school students at a educational institution. It was a quantitative approach research, of causal correlal design, worked with a sample of 116 students to whom two questionnaires of independent variables and a checklist for the dependent variable were applied as instruments; instruments were subjected to a reliability analysis with a pilot group. Remote teaching and metacognitive strategies cronbach Alpha was applied as polytomical measurement; the results were 0.743 and 0.878 respectively. For the variable: Production of argumentative texts the KR-20 Test was applied because it was diatomical and the reliability was 0.85 (high). Descriptive results indicated that the three variables analyzed were located at the moderate level at 53.8%; 41.3% and 51.3% respectively based on the data collected. For inferential results; First, the KS test was performed with the KS test that indicated the nonnorcy of the datawith a p x 0.000 that is less than 0.05; therefore, the ordinal regression model was applied. With regard to the analysis of the General PJAEE, 17 (12) (2020) REMOTE TEACHING, METACOGNITIVE STRATEGIES AND ARGUMENTATIVE TEX-P OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC 162 Hypothesis, the Coefficient of Nagelkerke x 0.684 which indicated that the dependent variable is explained by 68.4% by the regression model and concludes, with 95% reliability, that as independent variables are increased, the production is more likely to improve argumentative texts; it was therefore concluded that remote education and metacognitives strategies have a significant impact on production of argumentative texts.

The present research was developed in a public technological higher education institute with the objective of determining the incidence of the virtual platform Moodle in the learning of the participants of the technical nursing specialty. The research was applied with a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, transectional, causal correlational research design. The study population consisted of 170 students from both shifts, of which 118 participants were taken as an intentional non-probabilistic sample. The instrument for the moodle virtual platform variable had three dimensions: management of resources and activities, communication and evaluation and for the second variable Learning, we worked with three dimensions: learning by assimilation, learning by discovery and significant learning. The research results showed that the moodle virtual platform affects learning. In this sense, it is important that the teachers of the institute have skills in the management and management of the virtual moodle platform so that the students achieve the skills and abilities.
