E.D. Nelunova’s research while affiliated with North-Eastern Federal University and other places

The article proposes a solution to the problems related to the formation of students’ readiness to implement and integrate scientific knowledge into their pedagogical activity. The authors state that in the motivational environment of teaching practice, along with integration, ‘mental convergence’ takes place. Mental convergence is a mental rapprochement between the members of the educational community, such as students and their parents as well as staff of educational institutions, promoting the development of motivation of future teachers. Perfect conditions for knowledge and skills integration are created by application of modern interactive technologies in the multimedia educational environment of the Internet era. The experimental work, including the teaching practices of the 2016/17 and 2017/18 academic years, has been conducted in three stages. In 2019, in the final (third) stage, a master-class was organized in the form of a methodological seminar. Surveys, interviews, pedagogical observation, and testing of students were conducted in order to define the reasons for the students’ reduced motivation to work as teachers. Pedagogical practice is a complex process presented as a condition for theoretical knowledge integrating in pedagogical activity at substantive and procedural levels. The authors are convinced that in the motivational environment of pedagogical practice, along with scientific knowledge actualization and integration, ‘mental convergence’ (Gershunsky) of subjects of the educational community takes place, which is embodied in future teachers’ skills to work with children.

The article revises the innovative activity as innovation - improvement of teaching foreign languages based on application of network technologies. Whereas the process of modernization proceeds according to requirements of Federal State Educational Standards, in the solution of problems of integration of electronic training and formation of common cultural competences of students.

Various ways of threats of losing an identity of a person are regarded in the article on examples of teachers of foreign languages, people living abroad and members of bilingual families. It is emphasized that in conditions of multilingual polycultural environment language is an instrument and culture is a way of self-preservation and self-defense of the person in the process of his/her inculturation and acculturation. Inculturation and acculturation of the person in multilingual, polycultural environment are natural as the expected result of socialization. Assimilation is possible when the person makes a compromise with dominant society. Authors also represent the most actual examples and recommendations for self-defense from assimilation threats.

Designing innovation makes it possible to manage the development of educational systems, both at the university and at the regional or national level. This innovative process is defined as complex activity on the creation, development, use and dissemination of innovations.

Диапазон описанных проблем и предложенных способов их решения достаточно широк - он охватывает ряд направлений социально-гуманитарных наук: филологии и языкознания, педагогики, культурологии, геополитики, теории государства, социологии и социальной информатики.Материалы могут быть полезны в практической деятельности педагогических и научных сотрудников, а также для научно-исследовательской деятельности.English Abstract: Collection of materials of scientific conference deals with theses and papers of three thematic areas: leading scientific schools in Russia and abroad, the ways of modernization of education in Russia and abroad, and public policy for the support and development of science.In compiling this collection of scientific conference was attended by 27 authors from 15 cities and towns in Russia and abroad. Range described problems and propose solutions is wide enough - it covers a number of areas of social sciences and humanities: philology and linguistics, pedagogy, cultural, geopolitical, state theory, sociology and social science. Materials may be useful in the practice of teaching and research staff, as well as research activities.

This article introduces the concept of self- pedagogical bases student in multimedia learning environment which covers three areas -the first direction is self-preservation and self-development of personality in the rapidly changing world; second direction - multimedia educational environment has a multicultural society; third direction - study of changes in the subjects of multimedia educational environment.
