As of its popularity in eastern medicine, acupuncture treatment may help insomniacs get a good night's rest. Insomnia seems to be on the rise in the contemporary world, negatively impacting not just people's capacity to function but also their quality of life. Even if pharmaceutical therapy is beneficial, it often comes with serious side effects. The practice of acupuncture to treat insomnia has a long history in China and has recently gained widespread acceptance in the West. Numerous studies have demonstrated therapeutic uses of acupuncture for the treatment of insomnia, with many also discussing the possible processes behind the therapy. An attempt at a comprehensive overview of the relevant research will be made in this section. This research was an observational study conducted in Dhaka at Suo-Xi Hospital, Shann Tower, Chamelibag, Shantinagar Dhaka, Bangladesh. A 28-year-old man presented to the clinic complaining of sleeplessness dating back three years. We used a combination of Chinese medicine and acupuncture on the patient's scalp to help them sleep better. Excellent outcomes were found in the study's subsequent follow-up. After 12 days of acupuncture, the sleeplessness that had plagued the patient for three years began to subside. Treatment with acupuncture has been shown to aid in the functional recovery of insomnia sufferers.

Background: There were double-blind studies in which cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride (Flexeril) and diazepam (Valium) were tested for their effectiveness in treating neck and low-back pain. Clinical assessments (graded), patient self-ratings, goniometry, motion analysis by computer and electromyography of controlled movements were all employed in the study. All therapy groups showed statistically significant improvements in clinical outcomes after two weeks, with Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride showing a statistically significant advantage. Improvements in electromyography were the most noticeable, with the Cyclobenzaprine group seeing statistically significant improvements. In clinical muscular spasms, myoelectric activity does not increase; the opposite is true. Electromyography and computer analysis coupled with complicated electro goniometry show improved myoelectric activity in the back muscles when prescribed strenuous motions are stressed. Methods: This inquiry took place at Suo-Xi Hospital at Shaan Tower, Chamelibag, Shantinagar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. A 34-year-old male patient has been complaining of neck pain for the last three years. Results: Follow-up research showed promising outcomes. He no longer felt neck pain which he had been experiencing for three years. Cervical muscle spasm patients may benefit from acupuncture, according to the findings of this study.

Background: Symptoms of sciatica and lower back pain are very frequent. As a consequence of these modifications, both the number of hours worked and the national economic loss will be reduced. Having a complete physical examination before initiating any kind of therapy is vital. Inadequate medical or surgical therapy may exacerbate symptoms, increasing the probability of this occurring. The goal of this research is to see whether and how acupuncture may enhance conventional PLID therapy. Methods: This inquiry took place at Suo-Xi Hospital (Acupuncture), Shaan Tower, Chamelibag, Shantinagar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. A 35-year-old male patient has been complaining of lower back discomfort for the last one year. The diagnosis was confirmed with a MRI of lumbo sacral spine. Results: Positive findings emerged from further studies. It had been one year since he had found relief from the pain in his lower back. Conclusion: The results of this research suggest that acupuncture may be helpful for those with PLID
