In the wave of globalization and informationization, the demand for top talents in the field of product design is increasingly urgent. This study delves into the reform path of cultivating top talent in product design against the backdrop of industry-teaching integration, addressing issues with weak practical teaching, lagging curriculum content, and a lack of practical experience among teachers in the field of product design education. The study clarifies the connotation of industry-teaching integration and its application value in product design education, and then, based on the theory of cultivation of top-notch talents, puts forward a multi-dimensional reform plan such as optimization of the curriculum system, strengthening of practical teaching, construction of the platform for industry-teaching integration and construction of the teaching staff, which provides valuable references to the educational reform of other related majors

With the continuous deepening of education reform, the training objectives of Master of Arts graduates have begun to emphasize the "integration of theory and practice". In the face of a brand-new teaching system model, in the teaching process of cultivating a master of arts, how to improve the subjective initiative of students, the timeliness and spatiality of practical teaching organization is of great practical significance. Aiming at the characteristics of master of arts that need to cultivate practical and innovative graduate talents, this paper develops a studio practice teaching model that educates people through a science and education system, constructs a compound graduate teaching space, makes the practical teaching space more open, and not only expands the practice horizontally the platform also realizes the in-depth interaction between teachers and students from the vertical. The construction ideas, characteristic content, and application strategies of this model enrich the teaching content and form of the Master of Art, and provide an effective reference mechanism for improving the current practical teaching quality of the Master of Art and Design.

... At present, in both the academic and educational fields, there is a scarcity of surveys and research on the current quality status of Master of Fine Arts (MFA) theses. The principal factors influencing the quality of MFA theses remain unclear, and targeted improvement measures are lacking, thus failing to provide effective guidance for MFA education and thesis composition [4,5] . In view of this, based on the data of MFA theses from X University available on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), by analyzing the quantity of theses, their distribution in publication years, download frequencies, and citation frequencies, and in combination with in-depth literature review, this study dissects the main factors influencing the quality of MFA theses and proposes targeted quality enhancement strategies, with the expectation of providing a reference for the quality improvement of MFA education. ...
