Human Resources Management plays crucial role in the construction industry as the work from starting to ending should be taken care by the people who are working in the construction industry. Selecting of skilled labor, unskilled labor and allotting them to a particular work at particular time is difficult task. Continuous monitoring of work force is important as it includes the cost of project that leads to increase and delay of projects. Construction projects is included with huge amount of money and perfect schedule to complete the project, so the objectives of the project must be fulfilled. To execute a project Human resources needed to be focused. The Questionnaire survey is collected from the employees of different construction companies of different levels has been collected. Then the Questionnaire survey is analyzed with the AHP Model to make the decisions and alternatives for the problems associated with the Human Resources Management. The safety of the workers is most important here as they work at high altitudes. There are number of incidents taken place in the construction industry that leads to various issues which causes the project cost increase and fall behind schedules. The findings revealed that Cost is majorly considered by the employees in construction projects with respect to profits of the projects, Time is the secondary thing that is important in construction projects and finally Quality is given least preference by the employees of the construction companies as it has importance in the construction projects.

Resource Management is playing important role in the construction projects such as cost, schedule etc. Land resources is also playing important role for the construction industry. Construction will be done on a site. The availability of land is very less with in the available area we need to built construction projects effectively. Selection of land is not a problem but the availability of facilities is major problem for the projects. The people who wants to live in the habitable zone may not be available of different facilities such as water, recreational areas etc., People expect more from the construction site. There must be a solid disposal place where the waste can be thrown away long away so the residents can be live habitably. The land use and land cover plays a important role. EIA had provided certain guidelines how to utilize land with certain specifications that not effect the environment. The construction projects releases heavy pollutants that effecting the environment so the Government provided guidelines to avoid environmental problems. In land use there must be usage of land must be specifically reported so that they can estimate how much greenery land has been left. In land cover how much area has been occupied with what structures had to been mentioned. The findings revealed that time is given most importance with respect to accessing etc., They are giving second priority as cost with respect to facilities, accessing, habitable zone and finally they are giving quality as it is important.

Material Resources plays a key role in the construction industry as the structures are made up of materials. A structure is made up of number of materials such as bricks, steel, concrete etc., in huge quantities. These are the physical resources that give physical shape to the project. It is an important element to consider in project planning and control. Materials are major expense in construction. Minimize Procurement costs provides opportunities for reducing the project cost. Poor materials management results in increase of project cost.Even unusable materials may deteriorate during storage at a particular location or they may be stolen due to not giving security to the particular place. Material management should not only monitored in storage it must be taken care while using also. The important thing for project managers is timely flow of materials. Some of the materials may not available near to the construction site. So there is a problem of getting materials to the site ontime may lead to project delay causes the increase of the cost of the projects. Daily record keeping is most important to avoid the miss calculations that leads to the problems in construction projects. The central purchasing group in the organization is undertaken the purchasing process of materials for the purpose of construction. For inventory control in any organization materials management problem is analogous. The findings revealed that time is most important with respect to materials arrival, storage etc., Cost is secondary thing they are giving importance in construction projects. Quality is given least importance in the materials management as it is most important.

Digital marketing includes those marketing efforts that send a message from a source (company) to a receiver (customer) through digital platforms and the internet. Technology is opening up a world of possibilities previously unavailable to both marketers and consumers. Also, options and reach are hugely enhanced by international e-commerce. Electronic commerce, commonly written as e-commerce, is the trading or facilitation of trading in products or services using computer networks, such as the Internet. Electronic commerce draws on technologies such as mobile commerce, electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web for at least one part of the transaction's life cycle, although it may also use other technologies such as e-mail. This study is to find the promotional activities and factors influence customer to E-Commerce sites. The sample size is of 120 respondents and simple random sampling method was used to data collection by using a self-administered questionnaire that was distributed through Google forms to respondents and sending mails to consumers through their past experience of purchasing in E-Commerce sites.

Even though the entry of mobile in India is late by decades, the growth of the sector is at a very rapid space when compared to rest of the world. After the demonetization drive of the MODI Government more and more people are evincing interest in using internet on mobile phones to make financial transactions as well as indulge in social networking. The availability of various APP's on smart phones and incentives like discounts and cash backs on using them is steadily adding steam to mobile penetration that too at a pace unimaginable before. After the introduction of Mobile number portability (MNP) in India in 2011, telecom subscriber started switching between mobile networks for their own reasons. Consumer switching Behavior (CSB) can be termed as the loyalty that consumers initially show and are shift this to other providers for the same service due to problems they encounter with the current providers. Mobile subscribers switch networks due to factors like Service quality, Value Added Services (VAS), Service provided through Helpdesk, Call Drops, and Network coverage of the operator in general and in their area in particular. In this study we tried to determine the relative impact of various factors influencing the subscribers to switch mobile network service providers.
