The monograph discusses the main directions of strategic planning and prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in high-tech industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. In the process of research the methods of evolutionary-institutional theory, econometric modeling and analytical evaluation were used. Based on the application of these methods, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the introduction of artificial intelligence in the activities of industrial enterprises of the national economy are considered in detail. The problems and prospects of the use of artificial intelligence in domestic industrial production as the basis for the development of the digital economy in order to increase the level of national security are studied. Econometric analysis of organization and modeling of industrial production of artificial intelligence in high-tech companies in Russia is carried out. The monograph is intended for managers and specialists of public administration and corporate management, researchers, postgraduates and students.

The monograph discusses the main directions of modeling and automation of managerial (administrative) business processes within industrial enterprises in the Russian Federation. The research is based on the methods of evolutionary-institutional theory, econometric modeling and analytical evaluation. Using these methods provides thorough consideration of theoretical and methodological aspects of the development and automation of industrial enterprises’ process management in Russia. Issues and prospects of application of the proposed database for automation of administrative business processes of the industrial enterprise are investigated. The problems of business process management and ways to solve them are identified. Automated elements are defined, the concepts of automation and robotization are distinguished, and the structure of the prototype database developed on the basis of Microsoft Excel is described. The monograph is addressed to managers and specialists of public administration and corporate management, as well as researchers, postgraduates and students.
