Gammaxene- the popularly used insecticide by majority of people in house, factories and in pet animal living areas to get rid of insects like ants and cockroaches. Gammaxene is chemically xachlorocyclohexane. Gammaxene often inhaled by the users while it’s handling. Unknowingly one has to face its toxic complications. Here the major complications of Gammaxene use and its management.

Snakebite is an injury caused by a bite from a snake, often resulting in puncture wounds inflicted by the animal's fangs and sometimes resulting in envenomation. Of the roughly 3,000 known species of snake found worldwide, only 15 percent are considered dangerous to humans. The majority of snake species is non-venomous and typically kills their prey with constriction rather than venom. Venomous snakes can be found on every continent except Antarctica. The three types of venomous snakes that cause the majority of major clinical problems are vipers, kraits, and cobras. Snakebite produces a characteristic set of symptoms mediated by the autonomic nervous system. Each year thousands of people die from snake bite, yet the risk of being bitten can be lowered with preventative measures, such as wearing protective footwear and avoiding areas known to be inhabited by dangerous snakes.

Sleep walking is perhaps the most well-known sleep disorder. It is a disorder characterized bywalking or doing other activities while seemingly still asleep. To an outside observer theperson appears to be asleep (except for the fact they are wandering around). The sufferer mayalso engage in other activities once mobile viz., eating, walking during sleep, somnambulism.During rapid eye movement (rem) sleep, the eyes move rapidly and vivid dreaming is mostcommon. The prevalence of sleep walking is 5-7% in children depending on the criteria usedin the scientific studies. Sleep walking cases is adults are approximately half of that in children. Contrary to popular opinion it is not dangerous to wake a sleep walker and is actually recommended in the interest of preventing injury. Almost everyone will experience intense dreams andnightmares on occasion.

Hemorrhoids are one of the most common causes of anal pathology. Subsequently, hemorrhoids are blamed for virtually any anorectal complaint by patients and medical professionals.
