Cor triatriatum is a rare congenital anomaly of the heart. Insufficient resorption of common pulmonary vein causes a membrane dividing left atrium into two chambers; one with the pulmonary veins and the other with atrial appendix and mitral orifice. Cor triatriatum dextrum on the other hand, results from a fibro muscular membrane dividing right atrium into two chambers. We report here an asymptomatic incidentally diagnosed cor triatriatum dexter.
