The emergence of computer multimedia digital era makes the urban planning design and landscape design experience a revolutionary change. Computer aided design has been applied to the whole design process. Computer aided design enables designers to display unlimited imagination. Designers can also use the relevant design software to carefully check their work to make them more satisfied. Based on this, the urban landscape design and art analysis based on computer multimedia assistant were studied in this paper. Firstly, the virtual reality technology was introduced. Then, the advantages of virtual reality technology in landscape planning and design were studied. Then, the application of virtual reality technology in landscape design was introduced. Finally, based on the computer aided design, the actual design process of landscape planning was realized. The experimental results show that the design and art analysis of urban landscape architecture based on computer multimedia assistant is beneficial to the correct design of landscape.
