To distinguish the handwritten signature recognition effectively, a new handwritten signature recognition method based on SDPCI-MS imaging technique is presented. The theory of SDAPCI-MS imaging technique was analyzed on the basis of analyzing the characteristic of the handwritten signature's appearance and stroke. The procedure was researched the Similarity Algorithm which used to distinguish the handwritten signature. To study the possibility and the feasibility of such a procedure, the signature recognition experiment is carried out. Results of the experimentation indicate that this method can be applied in discriminating the handwritten signature which looked like the same.

People's opinion collection and processing system (POCP) is the electronic petition system with the function of website, hot line, E-mail and short message service (SMS), which is developed for Fuzhou Municipal Committee in JiangXi province. With the increasing demands of government service quality, the number of opinions brought by the masses is also on the increase. Seeking effective means and classifying these opinions to carry out contrapuntally become a gradually urgent problem. Based on the characteristic that SMS can change into text, this paper presents a thought that text classification algorithm can be used in the technology of SMS processing. SMS will be classified to different fields by preprocessing, feature section and classifier. At last, the reliable bases to government decision-making will be provided contrapuntally by analyzing the field classification of opinions.

Based on the analysis of current zip code, this article put forward a new encoding algorithm of the address tree - the largest matching algorithm. This algorithm combines the characteristics of the address tree, considering the uniqueness of the address tree, raises a best matching theory, and taking into the matching speed of the address tree, brings in the associate floors of the node of the address tree to improve the efficiency of the match. Because of the change of the address tree, the address tree’s thesaurus in order to timely update its information, increase unknown node by intelligent means automatically.

A Method to Eliminate the Count Outliers of Radon Concentration

This paper describes the method of radioactivity measurement to eliminate the outliers in experiment. The value of radon concentration can cause deviation in the process of transmission because the FH-463 is interfered in the process of measurement by external factors such as electromagnetic waves etc. It makes measurements vary greater than the Expectations. And it can only process 10% or less Outlier when using Grubbs’ criterion directly. In order to meet the Radon Concentration for inspection, the paper makes some necessary improvement on the criterion to adapt itself and estimates the sample data with linear regression. The experimental results show that the method is very convenient to reject the data with deviation more effective. The method in this paper can also be used in other fields.

As an important component of EMS monitoring system, address is different from user name with great uncertainty because there are many ways to represent it. Therefore, address standardization is a difficult task. Address tree coding has been trying to resolve that issue for many years. Zip code, as its most widely used algorithm, can only subdivide the address down to a designated post office, not the recipients’ address. This problem needs artificial identification method to be accurately delivered. This paper puts forward a new encoding algorithm of the address tree - the maximum matching algorithm to solve the problem. This algorithm combines the characteristics of the address tree and the best matching theory, and brings in the associated layers of tree nodes to improve the matching efficiency. Taking the variability of address into account, the thesaurus of address tree should be updated timely by increasing new nodes automatically through intelligent tools.

This paper discusses the application of the process monitoring and control for Radon Chamber with WinCC, configuration software with a human-machine interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), which is used to monitor the dynamical industrial process. Both software and hardware-based implementations of this system are described in detail, including the dynamic replenishment model. The paper also presents the every component of radon chamber structure exhaustively.

Uncertainty evaluation of Calibration Radon Chamber

The uncertainty evaluation of calibration instrument is an important step to evaluate the performance of instrument. The radon chamber is a standard instrument used to calibrate the radon monitors. Because the radioactivity decay and statistical fluctuation of radioactivity measurement, the uncertainty evaluation of radioactivity measurement instrument is different from the general instrument, the uncertainty evaluation of radon chamber should trace to the national reference radium source. In this paper, the two different uncertainty evaluation model of radon concentration based the radon source and radon monitor is described. The uncertainty of different input variables include radon concentration, radioactivity statistical fluctuation, the temperature and humidity is evaluated in evaluation standard Type A or Type B. According to the contribution of different factor to the uncertainty of radon concentration, the expanded and relativity expanded uncertainty of radon chamber is calculated and discussed in detail. Through comparison, the uncertainty evaluation of radon concentration based on radon monitor is better than the model based on radon source.
